Don't think of me personally and my journey, I am trying to "communicate" to those who "process" differently, how to say things in ways that they hear the "message I am trying to convey", without coming across as offending and accusing.

I look TO God in and through THE Word. Not through my thoughts but IN HIS WORDS, found IN the letter He sent to me. I don't know what you mean by "stop looking at them" and start looking to God, because "them" are/is God.

Because I am not under the law, I am not judged by the law, I have no guilt under the law, I have nothing that "under the law" as applicable to me.

I am under Grace and forgiveness

so that "being guilty of breaking one or all"

or as I put it "sinning" "messing up"

is ALL RESOLVED through the Blood of Christ, the law resolves nothing at all.

So yes, IF I WERE UNDER THE LAW, I would have to follow it perfectly

BUT UNDER GRACE, I HAVE TO FOLLOW IT PERFECTLY, OR FIND FORGIVENESS through Christ. And having BELIEF AND FAITH in the infinite value of the BLood of Christ, I know that "messing up, or sin, or break one break them all" how ever it is phrased,

ALL IS FORGIVEN and I am ONCE AGAIN "KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS"

Now if that is not "looking to God" I don't know what is.

Please explain the process you go through. BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T I CAN ONLY GUESS, AND SO FAR MY GUESSES ARE INCORRECT. WHICH MAKES YOU "UNHAPPY". IT ISN'T A SECRET IS IT? But it feels like one. I don't know if you have done it a million times and don't want to anymore but if you have PLEase give me a post number and I will go and read it.
YOU KEEP TELLING ME WHAT I HAVE WRONG BUT YOU WONT TELL ME WHAT IS "RIGHT" TO YOU. That is all I am asking so that we might end this division and confusion and find the unity.

Look to God means.....
Repentance means.....
Sin means....
confess means....
keep my commandments mean....
rest means....
labor means.....

I do understand that when you walk in the love of God, and love the brethren, you most naturally, being led by the spirit, will follow these laws/commands and you do not need to say "thou shalt not kill". But you must admit, you have "gone looking for the ways of God" in His Word yourself. Everyone here has.

The ways of God are found in the Word, as the ways of walking like Christ are accomplished by taking that wisdom (mind) to heart, and having the heart (love) lead the walk to God. Would you agree?
james 2: 8 - 8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well; 9 but if you [e]show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors. 10 For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point,he is guilty of all. 11 For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.”Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.

1. James speaks of the ten commands here
2. You can insirt any 2 commands, It does not just go for adultery or murder, it goes for all ten.
3. It says IF YOU BREAK ONE COMMAND YOUR GUILTY

If you say you keep the law 9ten commands) then in the same breath say you do not keep them perfectly. You contradict yourself.

James gave you the standard (as did Moses in duet an paul in gal 3) that is the standard you MUST FOLLOW

it does not matter WHAT YOU THINK, or WHAT I THINK, that is the standard
That is the standard I will judge you by, because that is the standard God judges you by. That same standard goes for me.

So if you speak, and live by Gods standard, I will agree with you, If you do not. I will not agree with you.

I am trying to show you Gods truth, What you do with it, Is up to you. But do not tell me to judge you or hat you say by any other standard. Ok?

How does the blood redeem your sins? I understand we are all washed clean of all our past sins through
Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

but how do you deal with the sins from that point forward? And what are the sins?

If God is working "in you" through "your works", can any man discern whether the intent is for self or for God? Isn't that on God?
Sister. ALL MY SIN was present when Christ died. HE REDEEMED YOU OF EVERY ONE OF THEM

If you would stop looking at the law the way you do and see it the way God views it you would understand it.

he redeemed you from the curse of the law. That means the LAW CAN NEVER CURSE YOU AGAIN, now. Or ever.

Thats why focusing on induvidual is not the issue, God deemed you from the CURSE OF THE LAW. Thats what the blood did.

Gal 3: 13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Thats what the lord did on the cross. You want to follow the lord. Have the faith of abraham, WHo believed God and because of his faith, it was accredited to him as righteousness.

We know is faith was real BECAUSE FAITH WORKS. ALL who have faith WILL WORK. Do not buy into the lie that people can have faith and NOT have works. It is not of God

I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords. Revelation 19:11-16

Will Jesus' millenial rule be without a law? Will He just tell His people to just put their faith in Him and He will do everything for them (serve them) for a thousand years then He will judge them according to their faith ALONE because it is Him who did all the works for them?

Sounds funny but this is how i imagine the OSAS people defense of their argument, expect things to happen.

GOD KNOWS WE will transgress the law. HE TOLD US WE WOULD transgress the law. He told us we were sinners. Sinners are sinners because they transgress the law. EVERYONE WHO sins transgresses THE WHOLE LAW. Every sin is a transgression of the WHOLE Law. If you keep the commandments, you will still find yourself as one who has transgress the whole law. If you say you don't keep the commandments you transgress the whole law. If you say you walk in love and the spirit guides you BREAK THE WHOLE LAW.

SO in summary EVERY SINGLE SIN IS A SIN AGAINST THE WHOLE LAW. Every person sins. EVERY PERSON IS GUILTY OF SIN.

AND every single person is UNDER GRACE. Follow the law, don't follow the law, we are not judged by the Law, the Law for judgment has been done away with. It doesn't matter if someone else wants to put you back under that law or not IT CAN'T BE DONE, IT HAS BEEN rendered OBSOLETE.

IF you love me keep my commandments. SINCE GOD KNOWS WE ARE SINNERS, He knows we will NOT KEEP THEM PERFECTLY AND WE WILL transgress the whole law.

Does that mean the GOD SHOULD LOWER HIS STANDARDS TO OUR LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE? NOPE, so we best try to raise ourselves up to His (with the Holy Spirit as a guide and comforter)

Does God expect us to attain HIS STANDARDS? If He thought just one of us could HE WOULD NOT HAVE COME HIMSELF. SO absolutely God KNOWS we can not. Does He punish us for this? No, He lightened the Yoke for us instead.

What can HE POSSIBLY MEAN "If you love me, keep my commandments" I think He means "if we love Him we should try to keep His commandments".

He afforded us ONE SOLUTION. God has given us the ONE AND ONLY SOLUTION and that solution is not to "don't" But to REPENT. The Blood of the Lamb provides forgiveness for the sin we are 100% going to commit. There can be no other way. Keep them, sin, repent, forgiveness, Keep them, sin, repent, forgiveness, Keep them ……..Keep them for as long as you can, make them near and dear to you because when you transgress sinner, you are breaking the whole law, so try your hardest, but He knows it is tooo hard so we are told to repent which will bring forgiveness, setting you right back perfect with God, and soon you will find you are keeping them, not through much thought but because that is who you are. You make sure when you Go teach preach and baptize, you teach them down to the least of them and teach them to keep them.

IS THERE any way possible God would not want us to keep His commandments??? I think He what He wants us to do is what " He has written".

TO HOLD US TO THAT STANDARD, We receive FORGIVENESS. THAT FORGIVENESS IS 7 X 70 times a day WE CAN BREAK THE WHOLE LAW AND STILL BE FORGIVEN WASHED CLEAN, and go on about doing His business.

If at first you don't succeed, TRY TRY AGAIN. That is the only way to BECOME DISCIPLINED IN HIS WAYS, not ours. That is the only way to become disciplined IN ANYTHING. IF WE LOVE HIM WE WILL DO IT HIS WAY. If you love me KEEP my commandments. iF IT WASN'T what He wanted us to do, HE WOULDN'T have said it
If sinning wasn't a big deal, it wouldn't be considered a breaking of them all.

Do you think that the Holy Spirit will keep you on the right path IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT The Word tells you the RIGHT path is?? NO, it has been proven 100% of the time for the past 2000yrs that even with the help of the Comforter, no one stays on the right path 100% of the time.

If the Holy Spirit made anyone, the Holy Spirit would make EVERYONE.

I have been told My STATEMENT is in conflict. WELL, it isn't to me. But we are all entitled to our own opinion. Believe what you will, we will all stand before God and become vessels of honor, or vessels of dishonor.

I say it again now. I have a pool. I keep it full. Yet water evaporates from it making it "not full" yet when someone asks me "do you keep your pool full, I always answer Yes I do. I guess I am a glass half full kind of person.

Perhaps they are "righteous" enough, they don't worry what a "rod of iron" would be, or even could be related to them.
But, seeings how anyone who claims they are without sin, is a liar, and are deceiving themselves?
Must be pretty nice to be an ostrich! Living your whole Christian life with yer head in the sand.

As an OSAS person I can tell you there is not connection to the Millenial rule.
Ezekiel 40:45 And he said unto me, This chamber, whose prospect is toward the south, is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the house.
Ezekiel 40:46 And the chamber whose prospect is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok among the sons of Levi, which come near to the LORD to minister unto him.

Ezekiel 42:13 Then said he unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the separate place, they be holy chambers, where the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, and the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.
Ezekiel 42:14 When the priests enter therein, then shall they not go out of the holy place into the utter court, but there they shall lay their garments wherein they minister; for they are holy; and shall put on other garments, and shall approach to those things which are for the people.

Ezekiel 43:12 This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.

Ezekiel 44:4 Then brought he me the way of the north gate before the house: and I looked, and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house of the LORD: and I fell upon my face.
Ezekiel 44:5 And the LORD said unto me, Son of man, mark well, and behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears all that I say unto thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of the LORD, and all the laws thereof; and mark well the entering in of the house, with every going forth of the sanctuary.
Ezekiel 44:6 And thou shalt say to the rebellious, even to the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O ye house of Israel, let it suffice you of all your abominations,

Those who don't have a need to know and won't need to know all the details of the Law? the people. The NT covers it.

Those who find the Law to be mandatory to be studied and kept? the priests. They need the OT and the New. The full gospel armor.
Possible difference??
The Spirit received by faith without knowledge
The Spirit received by faith through knowledge
Vessels of honor, vessels of dishonor??
But then there is "Spiritual Israel". Open to whomsoever would?? or already is.

Is staying a gentile like Esau selling his heritage for a bowl of pottage? What do you think happen to those who should have lived as one of the "house of Israel" but instead decided to just live as a gentile? and it turns out they were?

we have free will,we are in charge of our lives and decisions??? I am searching for an example in text of what it feels like is happening.

Jeremiah 18:11 Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.
Jeremiah 18:12 And they said, There is no hope but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.
Jeremiah 18:13 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.
Jeremiah 18:14 Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?
Jeremiah 18:15 Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up
Jeremiah 18:16 To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head.
Jeremiah 18:17 I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will shew them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.
Jeremiah 18:18 Then said they, Come and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.

See what I mean

these people have no grasp on our faith or our belief, it’s like they make things up, they turn it from a bible discussion about gods law into an attack on osas, and since they are fighting a “doctrine” they do not understand, they have no basis to discuss because they are focused on attacking a doctrine, not what the others are saying

to answer him, no this is not what will happen in the millennium.

it will be the same as today, Jesus will take care of our needs and teach us love, teach us patience, teach us to have mercy, as the prime example, this will empower us to love and do the fruit of the spirit based on the law of love

in doing this, people then will be righteous, obedient to god, not because they follow law, but because they follow Christ.

i pray one day you see this asi had to see it. Until then, all I can say is you will never understand

Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.2 Thessalonians 2:3-12

So you only confess the sins you remember committing.

For those you are unaware of, you Assume God will also forgive you anyway?
I don't "think" it works "that" way in the "adoption/vetting, weaning/picking up your cross, being confessed before the Father, as you confess Christ before men" proceedings, through the "sinful nature."
One would be "taken", by means of "being reminded by the accuser (what about....here?...what about....there?)
Revelation 12
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Is not good to Assume when it comes to God!

I believe we are in the last days. As people all over the world are turning away from God and turning towards self. As scripture says, the love has grown cold, and because of this. True believers in God are growing less and less.

Of Course satans grip is still being restrained. We have not yet seen what will be when satan is set free with no restraining. It will be a day (time) of great fear and great destruction.

Anyway, If you want to talk about the tribulation period. Please lets go to a different thread.

This thread is about are the children of God supposed to still keep the law of Moses.

Also. The post you responded to. This pAs sage of scripture has no bearing on a thing I said. As usual. You seem to not be able to respond to any post i are. So you post scripture. And your birdies show love by liking your posts. I guess i that makes you all feel good about yourselves so be it.

Would you like to respond to my post? Or continue to deny anything I said? Because you will fight OSAS with all your being. so will never hear a word we say?

so, let's see. you quote part of Psalms 103, which speaks of the Covenant.

I pointed out that in Leviticus 26, God spoke of the Covenant that He made with the " fathers of those who came out of Egypt"

I pointed out that if one cannot trace their ancestry back to those who crossed the red sea, then one is not under that ( old) Covenant.

so, I quoted Scripture that effected what you said.

you mocked me, said we ( e.g. ) and myself never quote Scripture, which we both do regularly.

and now you are showing pictures of ostriches .

this is why I left this thread for a while. this is pathetic .

I suppose you cannot "relate to" the "slavery and bondage" the children of Israel, were "delivered" from by God, through His faithful servant Moses?

When all one can see, or relate TO is "flesh?"
One will never "be delivered!" Eh?

Jez for the record?
If not for Israel?
There would be NO "Christianity!"
Chew on that a bit!
The "picture" stands!

Or perhaps yer head is in the sand, believing that God just wasted 4500 years er so on "Issac's Sons", for the sake of us gentiles?
I can talk til I'm "blue in the face"(and I do too...lol), about how "everything you learned concerning OSAS is wrong?"
But, you WON'T believe it, until God REVEALS it TO you! And, "delivers" you FROM "the author of confusion!"
aka "the king of babylon", aka the "king of assyria"(spirit of anti-christ) aka "the king of tyre."

Our "enemy" is so much stronger, then he wants/makes you to believe it is!

-smh
And, God WON'T, until you ALLOW Him to!

-smh
And, God WON'T, until you ALLOW Him to!
now, let's remember, this started yesterday when you quoted Psalms 103, which mentions the Covenant. I pointed out, based on Leviticus 26, whom specifically that Covenant was made with.

instead of addressing this, you accused me of not posting Scripture, not understanding Scripture, then went to pics of ostriches , now on to pagan kings.

which, by the way, I agree with what you said about the pagan kings, but what pray tell does that have to do with the Old Covenant and whom God said it was made with.

seems you are sprinting farther and farther away from addressing this.

why???

I know it isn't funny, but it made me laugh for a second. I think we may need to be looking at ourselves and our responsibilities as far as "depth". As long as the knowledge being taught is truth, isn't the forward progress up to Grace, yes? To be made responsible for Truth known but not understood may be far worse than the never knowing at all, what do you think? I guess it is a matter to be pondered for me at least. A "seed" has been planted. Do we push? How far to go without causing damage? We are here so that "in the end not a soul is lost". That is the goal, right? That is Gods Plan, our plan.
