One of my favorite groups. My favorite is the Beatles. I gave up following music in the mid 80's to focus on more important things. Today I don't know who sings what and plan to keep it that way.
Same here about that day lol

I loved all the bands, Floyd , Zep, and Eagles etc

But i believe it is actually the crust of the earth, which separates the fountains of the great deep, or an area of water miles below the surface from which the earth crust sits, and the water above
Does this mean you believe that the birds fly IN the crust of the earth???

So it seems that in your view, the sun, moon and stars reside in the firmament.
Since the water vapor doesn't reside in the firmament, but above it, that means that the clouds are ABOVE the sun, moon and stars

Is this what you're saying?
No.

The Bible says God placed the sun, moon, and stars IN the firmament.

(so - yes to the first statement above)

Clouds are [way] below sun, moon, and stars.

The word firmament

First thing to do is look at definition

Greek raqia - a beaten metal plate, bow, firm form

Alot of people think it is the lower earth autmosphere,

But i believe it is actually the crust of the earth, which separates the fountains of the great deep, or an area of water miles below the surface from which the earth crust sits, and the water above

That’s quite interesting EG, ringwoodite where the water is.

"When a rock with a lot of H2O moves from the transition zone to the lower mantle it needs to get rid of the H2O somehow, so it melts a little bit," Schmandt said. "This is called dehydration melting.” After the rock melts, the researchers say, the water becomes trapped in the transition zone, creating a reservoir.

In March, a paper published in nature mag from a different research group used a series of techniques including x-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy to confirm that a ringwoodite sample (the first to ever come from within the Earth and not just created in a lab) had a water content above one percent. This quantity matches what has been predicted by Schmandt’s experiments. Earth’s mantle is so vast, that if 1% of the material in the transition zone is actually water, it would represent a reservoir three times larger than all of Earth’s oceans combined.

Have you read about the russian deep dig, where they found heavy water almost 10 miles down, where they thought was impossible? (There were a actually 2 deep drilling sites where this occurred?

the atmosphere is formed from a slate of iron with a positive and negative ends that is creating a force field around the earth, that literally keep the air in.
I can see this, except the firmament is a metal plate, such as a textonic plate
