1. No one other than God knows who is truly saved. So that is none of your concern.

2. If you believe that there is a sinning brother in your church (whom you know personally) then you should simply follow the instructions given James: Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. (James 5:19,20).
This is what I did but you ignore my warning! Hopefully one day you will wake up from your deep sleep.

Despite your claims to biblical understanding, you have missed one of the most important parts: the fruit of the Spirit. Maybe you need to prophesy to yourself instead.

I have posted this before in other forums, not sure if I did here...anyway,

The mustard seed faith is the greatest faith one can have for the very reason of the strength of its roots. The roots go down to a depth of around 23 feet, and cannot be stamped out.
Learned this from a great man of faith who moved in miracles in a tiny church in Pa. And I did my research. It’s true.
Well then, I’m all about the mustard. Thanks for sharing. I love it! 😎

Read the bible again!
Christians have salvation regardless of what you’re trying to put forth. If you want a terroristic god who breaks promises then embrace Islam.

Capitalizing his name shows him respect. The devil doesn't deserve respect.
Every name is capitalized in English, regardless of how worthy anyone is of respect. All names have been capitalized in the Bible. Nothing to quibble about.

I was referring to this post of yours.

He that believes on the Son is not condemned,
Where sin abounds grace abounds even more,
Nothing can seperate us from the love of God,
Etc etc etc

Every example you gave we can just as well say the Catholics as well as others whom you condemn as not having salvation, are saved by all your examples and can never lose their salvation.

That includes every example you included in the subsequent categories. None of those examples can make the person lose their salvation. Your discontent with them may be your own personal choice, but according to your presentation of scripture none of these people will be lost. They all belong to Christ. Because they believe in the Son of God.

To say otherwise would contradict what you believe. To say they trust their deeds is still not enough to lose their salvation. You have clearly made the arguement one cannot lose salvation. They didnt do the deeds without acknowledging and believing Christ died for them.

I didnt misunderstand anything. I think you missed your own point. You have included everyone by default. Those which you CONDEMN. Your posts along with those who agree with you (Eternally greatful, undergrace) are constantly bad mouthing other Christians under the same guidlines which according to you guys exclude them from the salvation. Claiming that they do not believe the Gospel. But this contradicts everything you have stated?

There is only one Jesus Christ. The one who died on the cross and rose again. All who believe in Jesus Christ is saved. How is it that they do not qualify for salvation? Sounds like bigotism.

Speaking in tounges, pushing salvation, doing works, would not lose their salvation according to your entire post. How can you discredit others? To do so, according to YOU, would suggest "God is weak and inept".
One thing I have noticed with you....well maybe two....

a. You have very serious issue with associational context when it comes to understanding the entire post I made....
b. "A" above is due to your rose colored glasses....

So God is incapable of washing us white as snow?

Who does the washing? Us or God?
If God is not the one from start to finish......not only is it false, but I also want no part of that......

100% Jesus from beginning to end and he saves to the UTTERMOST, KEEPS us by his power through the FAITH he BEGINS, FINISHES and COMPLETES <----ALL workers for insert themselves right here and believe in their MIND that THEY must finish or maintain their faith, or they MUST HELP JESUS by works, or they MUST HELP JESUS KEEP that which he states clearly that he WILL NOT LOSE.....

It is rather tragic to be honest, and actually devalues JESUS and slaps him in the face while stating clearly that HE cannot do what he states he can do......

Then you do not believe the Gospel, nor Christ, nor God. That is purely your own belief.
What part?

Joh 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

Or

1Jn 2:24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

So if you don't hold the true teaching of Christ's work on the cross, like some very public figures recently, who denounced Christ after decades of teaching others about, praising, and worshiping Jesus, you would not continue in the Son.
That was written to Christian believers.
Are you going to tell me they were never true believers in Christ?
Since we are born again BY THE WORD OF GOD ITSELF, or the gospel, it appears to me the gospel teaches, it is possible for one to NOT continue in the Son IF they fail to KEEP what they heard from the beginning, in the heart.
The gospel teaches, there is life in Christ, so long as you continue believing.
It's not me who doesn't believe the gospel, because scripture says it's possible for a former believer to go to hell.
Luk 8:11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

Jesus taught some who fail to keep the word of God, fall away from believing, when they believed at the beginning.

Luk 8:12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.
Luk 8:13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

Paul said basically the same thing.

Gal 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Gal 5:2 Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
Gal 5:3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
Gal 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

Since we are saved by grace through faith, to have fallen from that saving grace, the blood of Christ shall not benefit them in the end.

Hello! And don't forget the scripture below:

"My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins. - James 5:19

So when the believer is in that wandered stated they are accumulating sin and on their way to death. Salvation requires faith from beginning to end and not just a one time confession.

Here's the thing. Those who truly believe are born again SUPERNATURALLY to become new creatures in Christ. Which means that they will always remain in Christ, and Christ in them. Therefore they will always continue in the Son.

Now if any Christian keeps on sinning wilfully, God has many remedies to put him or her back on the right track. And the ultimate remedy is premature physical death, not eternal damnation. So please read, study 1 Corinthians 11:12-32. Eternal life is God's gift to the one who truly repents and believes, and God does not withdraw His free gifts of grace.

This is TOTALLY FALSE because you have not properly interpreted those verses in the light of ALL GOSPEL TRUTH. In effect, you do not really understand the Gospel of God (and you are not alone in this. There are many here in the same boat).

Exactly!!!
I could have listed MANY verses saying, proving the very same thing, as I'm sure you could as well.
Thanks for the above verse.

If you are so sure we always remain "in Christ", then prove it.
Can you show me scripturally, with any guarantee, all will remain in Christ?
Because I see many verses questioning that theory.
One of which I listed already in 1Jn.
And what about the first 7 verses in Jn 15?
You do realize the word "IF", is a CONDITIONAL conjunction, right?

While you are concerned about "ALL GOSPEL TRUTH", or the whole council of God, I believe you have failed to look at what that verse is actually saying.
One can miss the truth if they believe incorrectly.
As you have accused me of being, and rightfully so, from your perspective.
But look at it by itself, without any input from other verses in the bible, except for the preceding verses, and then tell me what it is saying.
It is saying exactly what a simpleton or an ignoramus would see it saying, salvation is CONDITIONAL.
Eternal life,... IF you continue in the faith.

We all are going through trials at certain points of our life when Satan makes requests of God to swift us and sadly many fall and do not stand up. Is it because they are lukewarm Christians or lacking of faith?
I would hope to put your mind at rest with my answer.
No Christian will go to Hell. Those who are in Christ have their name written in the Lamb's Book of Life. Eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Those who's names are not there are damned. Christians names are there. Therefore, we are not to see Hell when it is opened to receive those whom God judges worthy of entering that place.

Don't you think that it would be better to focus on your own walk with God if you really want to do something about this?
The more Jesus grows in you, the more you can change the world for the better.
Hey, Jesus prayed for Peter, and Peter made it to Heaven. In the midst of his stumbling God lifted him up and made a great man of God out of him.

Luke 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

More Jesus, less us, is the course of action, if we really plan on helping. I know it can be hard but focus on following Jesus daily not on mind tricks and gigantic worries on global scale that are beyond our little human scope. Forum and Youtube discussions won't change a thing. People stick to what they want, unless the power of God changes them.

Yep, the Vine and the Branches - John 15:1-8

The unfaithful servant - Matt.24:45-51

Colossians 1:22-23 (which you posted), Heb.3:6, 14

Just to name a few

But look at it by itself, without any input from other verses in the bible, except for the preceding verses, and then tell me what it is saying.
If Christians desire the truth of God, they cannot simply focus on one verse and ignore everything else which has an impact on Gospel Truth. Furthermore, we are to take what is plain and clear and unmistakable, and then interpret that which may be puzzling.

So let's start with something which is straightforward:

ETERNAL LIFE IS GOD'S GIFT THROUGH CHRIST
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Rom 6:23)

So the question arises : Is God in the habit of giving gifts to men and then snatching them away? The answer is obvious. And do you personally do that habitually? That answer too is obvious. You do not give someone a birthday gift, and when you are leaving the party, grab it and walk away with it.

ETERNAL LIFE IS CHRIST HIMSELF
Jesus said unto her [Martha], I am the Resurrection, and the Life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? (John 11:25,26)

Is there even a hint in this passage, that eternal life is "iffy" or that Christ can reverse what He has just said? The answer is obvious. And salvation (eternal life) is "Christ in you the hope of glory".

THOSE WHO ARE JUSTIFIED OR SAVED BY GRACE RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE
That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:7)

If that is not perfectly clear we have this passage:
That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:7-9)

So what does this last passage teach:
1 "In the ages to come" = IN ETERNITY
2. "For by grace are ye saved through faith" = SALVATION IS ETERNAL LIFE GIVEN BY GOD'S GRACE
3. "And that not of yourselves" = SALVATION IS TOTALLY OF THE LORD
4. "It is the gift of God" = ONCE GIVEN IT IS NOT TAKEN BACK.

There are literally dozens of passages in the Bible which clearly teach that no one who has received the gift of eternal life can ever lose it. Now it is your solemn duty and obligation to find those Scriptures and BELIEVE THEM. And also avoid misleading others about this extremely important matter.
