First, I hope to point out that the issue below is regarding food sacrificed to idols, not food with blood in it or strangled meat.
Not trying to overwhelm you, I realize your talking with EG but if you get a chance could you elaborate on the following verses.
1Co 8:9 But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.
1Co 8:10 For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;
The way I see it, Paul is saying that he is at liberty to eat meat that has been offered to idols but he will not eat it as long as a weaker brother is present.
That is exactly what Paul is saying. **He** is at liberty to eat meat sacrificed to idols because he
knows it's nothing; that idols are not real, and that the offering is meaningless. He has higher faith than the weak or new convert. However...
Verse 10. He says the weaker person, seeing Paul eat meat that has been sacrificed to idols, will then be
EMBOLDENED themselves to also eat meat sacrificed to idols because their faith is not where his is (i.e. "
oh we don't have to worry about that instruction! Let's continue our pagan ritual!"), causing them to sin (i.e. break the law of Yah: no idolization)...and so he doesn't eat it.

11 So this weak brother or sister, for whom Christ died, is destroyed by your knowledge.
12 When you sin against them in this way and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ.
13 Therefore, if what I eat causes my brother or sister to fall into sin, I will never eat meat again, so that I will not cause them to fall
It's about caring for the weak in spirit as they grow in the image of Christ, coming from a pagan lifestyle. Note that Paul's motivation is to keep the weak
FROM eating meat sacrificed to idols so they
do not sin.

Regarding Acts 15 and the point I'm hoping to draw out is that for pages and pages those who agree with me have been accused of being in
violation of Galatians and James to promote obedience to
some laws after salvation. That we reject Christ's work.
And I hope to show that we are
NOT in violation of Galatians or James to promote obedience to some laws, because the Apostles weren't in violation to promote them.
...that Galatians and James are speaking on very specific issues with the law, and do not paint "The Law" with a broad brush. One is about "works for salvation", while the other is about "playing favorites and being partial with the law".
