You do not separate literal interpretation from figurative interpretation. You mix the real with fantasy and create a false reality. Without a solid foundation on correct biblical soteriology you are bound to toss to and fro on doctrine.

Salvation always comes first, then the Holy Spirit. In Acts 10 the gentiles believed the gospel message and then the Holy Spirit was poured out on them just like on the Jews in Acts 2.
It was water baptism that was done after the Holy Spirit baptism in this case, NOT salvation.

No worries, no matter what people believe, God's Truth still reigns. When we get upset with others that do not believe like us, we are putting ourselves in a position of quenching the Holy Spirit.

It does not say that.
It says "while peter yet spake these words..."
Thats when they spoke in tongues.
BEFORE they even had a chance to repent or pray.
Peter was still speaking.

It was the gospel message of Yeshua/Jesus - His death, burial and resurrection from the dead and remission of sins that Peter was preaching.
While hearing the gospel message, they believed and the Holy Spirit fell on them. They actually already believed anything that Peter would tell them because they had gathered earnestly waiting Peter's arrival to hear his words. Their hearts were ready to receive the gospel message of salvation.
Their hearts were right and full of faith.... Salvation comes first, then the Holy Spirit.
If the Holy Spirit can be given BEFORE the gospel message of Salvation, then there was no need for Peter to be there.

That would make sense, if "wisdom" were among the gifts of the Spirit. It isn't; the gift is "the word of wisdom"; i.e. a word from God spoken into a specific situation at a specific time.
Also, I don't accept that "public speaking" is "prophecy" (prophesying). What Daniel did was not public speaking. What Agabus did was not public speaking. The scriptural witness just doesn't support that view. As I see it, the "public speaking" interpretation was invented by ungifted people who wanted to pretend that they had the gift of prophecy.
That is not what Acts 10 teaches. You are completely wrong. You completely miss the teaching of the chapter you cite. The Holy Spirit does not teach what you espouse from Acts 10.

Isn't it that all the world is under the realm of the blood of Jesus, but needs to be awakened by the gospel message?
