hub and I are still on 2x4's, but we're hoping to graduate to planks in the near future -
seriously, we're both in our early 70's and probably do more exercise than many'
of our peers in their 60's or 50's, not bragging, just delaying the sagggggiiiinnnngggg...
we just have to keep moving, no matter how small the movement'...
me personally, I've been bed-bound-crutches-cane, but still moving-on and keeping-on...
