We can't eat of his flesh and drink his blood (I'm talking about communion here and not transubstantiation) if the Holy Spirit is not in us.
Yes many do but if they are not believers the Holy Spirit is not in them.
We can take communion as belivers after we have the Holy Spirit in us and it's personal.
Communion is not obeying to be saved but it is in rememberance of what Jesus has done for us.
And I say it's not to be taken lightly.
