How can we disregard that in favor of modern culture without just saying honestly: we dont care what the Bible says, this is how we feel and think in the 21st century.

1 Peter 3:1 doesn't make Genesis 3:16 a command... at all. Verse 8 sums up that passage by saying, "Be harmonious, sympathetic, brotherly, kindhearted, and humble in spirit, not returning evil for evil." Does that sound anything like "but he shall rule over you"?

Say....Holy One if you could just tune her a little and focus mainly on her mouth I think she got a problem with things going in and coming out of it.......maybe that speech option is not such a great Idea....

So you interpret the woman’s sight as spiritual sight and them both eating the fruit as earthly eyes opening?

So if their earthly eyes where closed when they entered the garden, how was either supposed to know where the middle was?

Blame game, ha! I tried that for so many years in countless courts and the tide didn’t turn until I faced jail time.(Not involving a woman, my own faults).
After I just stopped blaming and accepted my foolishness, the tide began to turn.

Also notice in Genesis, God formed judgement on 3. The serpent, the woman and Adam.

The man was not judged.

What did it look like....a mist came up from the earth and the continents weren't seperated by oceans....
And there wasn't a bunch of Christian experts that argue every detail down to the last letter and people had a sense of humor because they weren't stressed over a ticking clock.....you think probation is closing do you?

If you're the expert then I guess you have a professorship in linguistics and can translate the lost ancient Paleo Hebrew and Irish Galt that are chiseled into the canyon walls of the Rio Grande river in NM usa on private ranches. And know that is stamped into clay tiles used to build temple fencing walls on the Yucatan Peninsula....
I guess you would also know that in the Paleo Hebrew the whole story of Salvation is written out in Genesis in a few sentences.
And also written out in the names of Adams descendants.
You also would know about everything Ron Wyatt located and have photographs of Noahs Ark, his house,his headstones , the ballast stones he used to keep the Ark righted, and many other biblical artifacts.....
I guess you know where Sodom and Gamorah is and have sulphur stones from there that still light and burn.
You probably have photos of gold rimmed chariot wheels in the Red Sea crossing, MT. Sanai in Arabia,The encampment of the tribes and the golden calf altar......you probably know where Jeremiahs grotto is and whats in the cave at the end of the tunnel and how many priests died of brain annurisms trying to remove the temple artifacts....
You probably know how many chromasome the DNA test showed Christs blood having.
No I don't talk to A-theists the photos and evidence I have gives them annurisms.
But you go ahead and explain all the spiritual truths written in my two dozen bibles biblical encyclopedias and scripture computer programs....it should be interesting.....

Cain was born to fallen Adam and Eve (Gen 4:1). And Scripture says: "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned" (Rom 5:12) So Cain and Abel were born with the indwelling sin nature inherited from Adam and Eve (as are all human beings). The tendency to sin was there to begin with from the minute they were born.

At the same time (although this is not explicitly stated) God had already taught Adam and Eve the necessity of a sinless substitute by providing them with coats of skins. They would also have been taught the importance of the shed blood of unblemished clean animals, and that of the whole burnt offering. So both Cain and Abel would have been aware of the sacrifices which would be acceptable to God.

However, Scripture tells us that Cain was an evil man: Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous (1 John 3:12)

"Who was of that wicked one" would mean that Satan (the Wicked One) had an extraordinary influence on Cain. On the other hand Abel was justified by grace through faith, hence deemed righteous. And because Cain murdered his brother and failed to repent, he became an outcast and was expunged from the line of Adam.

The book of Enoch agrees with Scripture in that evil angels (*the angels which kept not their first estate*) -- called *sons of God* -- cohabited with human women, produced Nephilim (giants), and also corrupted the human race. And they may have taught humans many extraordinary things (even advanced technology).

Since the Bible makes it quite clear that Cain was the child of Adam and Eve, the Serpent Seed doctrine does not have any basis in Scripture (that Cain was born from the union of Satan and Eve). However spiritually speaking men who choose to be wicked and evil are spiritual "children of the devil", since they display his character -- to deceive, to kill and to destroy, as well as maintain enmity with God and Christ (e.g. the Pharisees).

The theory of the Pre-Adamite Earth does not have any basis is Scripture either, and the Ten Commandments make it clear that the universe was created in six literal 24 hour day (Exod 20:11). But nobody can really explain how the monoliths and megaliths came into existence. Since angels have supernatural strength, the evil angels could have been involved before the Flood. Also those structures are found worldwide.

There is a lot of debate among even scholars if the universe was created in 6 literal days or in a much longer period of time. I have read that the word day in the Hebrew can be interpreted differently then 24 literal hours. I am not stating this to get into a discussion about it; to me that is fruitless, as both sides can argue the points with conviction. Quite frankly, while I am interested in the subject, it does not hold enough sway with me to get any further into studying it and debating then I already have through the years.

I look as the creation story as evidence of God's glory and power and love, and His establishing the universe. My take away as far as the details is that it is actually a rather brief and economical story when one considers all that happened there.

God kept it short for a reason. I would rather keep my main focus on Jesus. Not that I am not curious about biblical inertia, I often am. Just I think God kept it short as a message to us that we should not get obsessed about it.

I am not saying that you or anyone else that is curious about it's inner workings are wasting their time. I am just saying that there are different schools of thought on it by some very knowledgeable people with no concrete answer. And that for me it is a subject I personally have visited and don't want to rehash.
