Do you not think Scripture is enough? Do we walk by faith or by sight?

Well if you want to ignore your own scripture then I guess its enough for you ....the parts your paying attention to seem to be enough....according to your word.....and I believe you.
BUT....everyone isn't you ,as badly as you seem to want to put them and God in the same box.....the facts are....
1. God-The Holy Spirit heals.
2.People have SEEN it by their prayers being answered.
3. Scripture that you defer to says people that have Eyes to SEE......and ears to hear.....
4. Yes I know scripture says faith cometh by hearing the word of God....
5. It also says it comes by SEEING.
6. I Guarantee if you or anyone isn't blind scripture says the evidence of God is there for the eye to behold since the creation.....and
7 If you were dying and prayed to be healed and you saw your prayer answered your faith would increase further.
8. Aethist and agnostic Dr.'s testify to miracles and coming to faith by witnessing miracles.
9. Romans 1: 20 The invisible things of him from the creation of the world.....
ARE CLEARLY SEEN

So....there is no excuse....

So I would imagine you don't argue with Paul much now would you ?😀

The Lord can heal, yes, but no person today has the gift of healing.

I wouldn't know about the people of today I defer to God I know people healed by God I am one.

I pray for healing everyday, but just because the Lord May choose not to heal, my faith remains strong in His word. If I were healed, my faith wouldn’t be made stronger. I would simply rejoice.

Yes you would rejoice and until that day came You can't say that your faith wouldn't be increased because you obviously haven't seen that day.
Even Thomas doubted...until he saw....Christ obviously knew it was necessary even for those who had seen miracles and heard the word directly from his lips needed to SEE him ressurected.
You are more blessed than I brother....you walk by Faith alone I walk by Faith in my KNOWING God is real and Knowing he answered my prayers and yes....I Saw his hands do it.
But your right to know him better I have to learn know and keep his word.....which I have loved doing and ut has only made me love him more and helped me to love others more.😀

Really....? There is only like 30 verses in the bible that say the blind have no faith because even though they see they don't....it also instructs OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE.....and really I got to tell you ....you are blind I pposted the verse from Paul that says if you dont have faith by creation alone you have no excuse. Walking by faith from the apostles standpoint was a continuance from what they had seen.....and then a requirement after the seen was removed but still the seen remained in the power he annointed them with that is why they who believe frim faith in their testimony are blessed....but....God is everywhere to be seen in creation and in people and in their testimonies that you can see they believe wholeheartedly ....I have seen mine own prayers answered and other peoples answered. ......so....walking by faith alone is just a misnomer mantra to be repeated....by those who have no excuse for not seeing.
I don't say that maliciously I just say it to proclaim to the world OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE!!!! If you completely surrender faithfully the minds third eye opens to see....
God is everywhere!

Think about what your asking do you really think Paul of all people who was stricken blind from seeing and then had his vision restored is going to tell anyone you can't come to faith by seeing....
Obviously Christ felt seeing and not seeing and seeing again was going to have an unforgettable impression on him....
Pauls message of faith cometh by hearing was encouragement to go forth in testimony of the SEEN !
So....they saw they testified you heard and belived what you heard about what was seen......Christ believed in the power of the SEEN. Or he wouldn't have let people see most the miracles he performed!....so you know the heard word is wonderful but God is also everywhere to be seen....7 billion people and very few looking alike...that fact alone testifies the SEEN works of God!😀

There are unfulfilled prophecies in the OT the jews ignore.....the whole OT is for Gentiles almost and what isn't is there for gentiles to see how the jew are blinded by the law the whole OT speaks to Christs coming and the second advent....search how many times the Day of the Lord is used.....
How can someone love the lord and only read the gispels and say well that's it I learned the mantras from these dozen or so book and thats all that is needed I can sew Ezekiel pillows on my arms and fly away now....😀🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦

I think its ok to preach to the choir, but if you trying to cast pearls before swine its not gonna work.

I remember As a new christian I thought well everyone will wanna know I saw Jesus! I had a vision! That I was healed! But then it turns out most people dont. Or they already saw him...or they were jealous I was healed and they werent. And if you speak in tongues, watch out, cos the people that werent given that gift will just dismiss you and some will mock you and call you drunk.

I think everyone ought to have a supernstural experince of Jesus, to know for sure they are born again..but we are all at different stages of our journey. And they wont all be the same for everyone all the time. But good on you for sharing what Gods shown you as it has meaning for you.

For some people revelation is hard to take, even Paul who knew a man given abundance of revelation was saying he was not permitted to tell them all because he would get too prideful and puffed up.

The word means "God with us". It's a descriptive title, as are many "names" for God.

I have all I need in God's word. If I ever "experience" something that is not found directly in the Scriptures, I ignore it, knowing it's not from the Lord. It could be from the enemy who appears as an angel of light.
