I am here today to tell you about a great miracle god has given unto me. I am a living witness the spirit of the lord has appeared to me and I stood in his presence and I saw many things that only the prophets themselves have witnessed.

Hello Michael, and welcome to CC. :)

That's quite an introduction. It raises a few red flags right away, so don't be surprised if it is met with open skepticism. How about you explain and allow others to draw their own conclusions.

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.

Joh 20:24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
Joh 20:25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
Joh 20:26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
Joh 20:27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

Joh 20:28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

jJoh 20:29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

Are you sure the Spirit of the Lord appeared unto you, and you stood in His presence, for wouldn't that violate the faith you are supposed to have to please God by believing in a God, and kingdom, you cannot see.

And the disciples, and Paul did not need faith for they were witnesses to the event, with Jesus appearing to Paul, and that way they would know for a fact, and could boldly preach the truth without wavering, and Paul to the Gentiles.

But we need faith.

Joh 1:18 "No man hath seen God at any time";

the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

1Ti 6:14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
1Ti 6:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

1Ti 6:16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto;

"whom no man hath seen, nor can see":

to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

1Ti 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:

God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit,

"seen of angels",

preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

No man has seen Jesus according to Him being God.

And don't you know that the Spirit is invisble to both people, and angels, and we will never see God but only a visible manifestation of Him.

So how did the Spirit of the Lord appear unto you, and you seen Him, unless you have Spirit time goggles, like the military has night time goggles.

You have some explaining to do mister.

Hello Michael and Welcome,

Go ahead and list what you saw (with the Scripture reference to what the prophets saw). Should be interesting.

now, my friends, the people were all standing and singing hymns with everybody's hands up in the air and as I looked around lightning bolts appeared before me and a spirit came forth dressed in living atoms which were vibrating all around him, then the spirit moved about walking through the pews and laying hands on the people with great compassion as he came closer to me i could see him clearly but his face was hidden from my eyes, he wore a white robe cut short to his knees and even his clothes were alive charged with vibrating atoms ,and I saw his legs which had fine black hairs and on his feet he wore sandals than all of a sudden he raised up into the air and became smaller and smaller until he disappeared. there is much more to tell.

What eyes you must have, to see individual atoms and be able to tell they are alive

Interesting.
Some people have visions yes. I know when in worship one can feel Gods presence even though its like you cant see Him. As for atoms vibrating..? When the spirit moves one can sort of sense something supernatural is happening.

I kind of wonder about not seeing his face its kind of like that tradition of the bride wearing a veil and not being uncovered till the last moment. Am not sure if that tradition is in essence a christian one, but the thing people say its kind of bad luck to see a brides face before the wedding day.

WoW! Talk about jumpin' in with both feet! COOL!! I like it! ;)

Although, I've never heard the "Glory of God", referred to as "vibrating atoms?" :p I likes that too!

Tis little wonder He hid His face from you! Othertawise? You'd be dead! ;)

Hopin' ya stick around, and not be a "drive by."

Also hope ya got yer "big boy pants" on!

But, ya man! Keep those cards and letters comin"!! I enjoy reading "letters from home!" ;)

And WELCOME!!

I have all I need in God's word. If I ever "experience" something that is not found directly in the Scriptures, I ignore it, knowing it's not from the Lord. It could be from the enemy who appears as an angel of light.

Does that mean that you reject the inner witness of the Holy Spirit, as it isn’t directly from the Bible? I’m curious how God speaks to someone who apparently doesn’t believe that He speaks outside of Scripture.

So....you worship a dead god then that is only ink on paper? He can't be alive and performing miracles

The Holy Spirit is Alive and not bound by ink paper and glue and vinyl....this isn't a validation of every claim of experience. But evil spirits don't heal people or remove afflictions or evil spirits already in people.

If there is much more to tell as you say,then tell it....
But start by clarifying how you received it....daydream,meditation,nightdream while sleeping.....or vision while awake.?
Or bad driveby humor inclination.
