It doesn't require faith to know that fire is hot.
Every human being knows this.
And would you explain how saying that we must obey God is distorting the image of His love when it's God, in the person of Jesus Christ that states this over and over.
Where does it say we should NOT obey Him?
Why do you have such a big problem with this?
If you're not saved...you don't need to obey a God you don't believe exists.
If you are saved...you do need to obey God.
You don't believe you have to obey God???

what are you worried about? Unbelievers being deceived, but that is what they are anyway.

Keep allowing some to become lost because they believed YOU and not the word of God...Jesus.
@Hevosmies is smart...he likes to understand things of God on his own and not parrot what you say like some on this thread do.
It's good for us to understand scripture on our own.

So far, you have proven nothing but the fact that...
a. You are not honest
b. Have no understanding of the word Saint
c. Reject the definition of the word heretic as given by the GREEK language which the N.T. was inspired in
d. Will twist away from a truthful answer while claiming obedience
e. Make flippant comments
Go back to Sunday school....get right then maybe something you say will have some weight

No humans have to first obtain the information... usually a warning from a parent... to learn that fire is hot..
If you say God can save someone from a just punishment, adopt them as His son.... only later to throw them in the lake of fire... you are distorting the truth with false information and it reflects on Gods character.
I do not obey Him to keep what He gave me, I obey Him out of gratitude and only by His power.
If/when I fall short of PERFECTION, Or walk in the spirit, He knows my heart before and after, He placed it in me after all...
Your fear can't trump the truth... I will continue to believe in Gods promises, couldn't stop if I wanted....

How many times do I have to repeat that I post also for those reading along that may never even post.
The truth MUST be told.
Even if some refuse to believe it.
John 8:31-32
31So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine;
32and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

I suggest you put the comic books down and actually study FAITH and the SOURCE of FAITH and what is said about the source instead of listening to who ever the deceiver s that has been teaching you....
My bible teaches the following
GOD deals unto men a measure of FAITH and JESUS...
a. Begins it
b. Finishes it
c. Completes it
It must be tragic to serve such a weak god that needs your help to do that which the bible states he will do......that right there is religion for you........religion takes out a little of JESUS and injects SELF into the equation.......and in so doing peddles a false dogma with no power to save a flea, much less a man....
