I think it is ok mods have their own views, and some doctrines a site has right to say what they will allow,
But you may have a point in your last words..i hope you and dc are having a good chat in private.
Never banned anyone for disagreeing with me, in fact, the very people I have been talking to, have had an issue with many others and have said things even more than I. They are all here still. What I find funny is those who have an issue with me saying what I think and yet do not remember all the as you say Foolishness they have said in the past. Most here do not see how they have been trolled. I have said it before when those who say foolish things should just be banned right? We Mods are long-suffering yet I have the right as you do to make comments even ones you disagree with. suck it up. I'm sure with the vast amounts of the post you have done, foolishness has been attached too. Have a nice day.
see my point spoonjuly, this guy good could have been banned long ago yet he is still here but he would like to ban me. Why? Because I do not agree with him and I think some of his positions are not biblical. I think it is a great example of Mod non-bais by him being here . As it is with others.

This is the issue, this persons holier than though attitude is what gets him in trouble,
EG disagrees with many people, i disagree with people on end times, the age of the earth, i disagreed with an old mod (stillwater) and we even got heated, what we never did was attack and belittle each other because he was amill, and i was premil, he did scold me once and give me points because in a heated exchange i told a young lady she had no clue, but that was doing his job, and I was in the wrong, because i was out of line.
EG is not against CS1, and could really care less that we disagree (although do not tell him that, if you read his stuff look how he treats people who disagree with him! Granted he gets his fair share, but as my mother used to say, two wrongs do not make a right, and no matter what, a mod should be held to higher standards no matter what should he not) I am not against tongues or any of the gifts like he wants people to believe (i differ on how it is used today but that does not matter)
all EG wanted to discuss was a particular passage, not the doctrine itself, the same passage that EG had a discussion with people in another thread, where it did not get heated.
And what did we see?
1. He could spend time responding to every post of mine,
2. He acted as usual, with his snide remarks and belittling comments, and then outright lies (which offended another member by the way, to which he acted the same way to that member)
3. In all this time he could have easily answered my question (sorry “i do not know does not cut it, if he did not know, then he admitted he could be wrong to begin with, yet he attacked others for not knowing Gods word)
But its ok, like i said, he left, and came back, i was hoping he saw the light, i see nothing changed, of course we expect people who agree with him to love his words, and his spunk, but again, two wrongs do not make a right, you can disagree without all the nasty, in your face comments which never once in the history of mankinf proven one person right, people have gon as far as killing others for disagreeing with them did that prove they were right?

however I am seeing the same dude I put on ignore because he was hounding me and demanding I answer him and acknowledge he was right about his perspective. you were obnoxious and sounded like you had an axe to grind with just about anyone who had one thought that was not the same as yours. actually you were doing to me exactly what you are doing here with CS1. you would actually create a post talking to others ABOUT me and you have done it to other people as well

I remember you reporting people you thought were folks who had been banned and come back under a different name and you would start at them and whamo... you would accuse them and then report them to a mod you got along with. everybody who has been here any length of time knows this.
if you have a private beef with a mod...in this CS1, you would do far better to resolve it between you in private...and if you do not get 'satisfaction' get over it because this is not a church and you don't need to air whatever your gripe is all over the place. you know sometimes it is ok to just walk away no matter how right you may think you are. if someone says to you they do not want to talk to you, you really do not have the right to demand they talk to you. seriously...do you have some vision of yourself as an interrogator that everyone has to give their time to or make feel better?

actually it is nothing but arrogance and unbelief. there has been ZERO love from people who want nothing to do with tongues in this thread. there has been mocking and derision and no love at all

I am not apposed to all to gues, and your disagreement or anyone elses does not “offend me” that is not what is at issue here
But i do agree, people from both sides get offended to quickly
