In Ephesians 4:30, we read that believers are sealed unto/for the day of redemption. In Ephesians 1:13, we read - In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. So much for temporarily sealed.Sealed also simply means marked. That does not necessarily mean sealed in a sense that you can not be lost. If one is saved they received the Holy Spirit for preservation and security. We always have a choice whether or not we will heed to the Spirit. There is a warning in the next chapter of the same letter in regards to what happens to those who do not take heed to the Spirit in which they have received for their preservation and security.
In regards to preservation, in Psalm 37:28, we read - For the Lord loves justice, And does not forsake His saints; They are preserved forever, But the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off. In Jude 1:1, we read - Jude, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, To those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ. Genuine believers heed to the Spirit and are preserved forever.
Where does the Bible say "unsealed" by the Holy Spirit? Do you teach salvation by sinless perfection? But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
(Eph 5:3-6 KJV)
If we do not heed to the Spirit we have NO INHERITANCE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS CHRIST. But should expect the wrath of GOD due to our disobedience. Having not the Spirit of GOD any more So....Quench not the Spirit.
(1Th 5:19 KJV)
In 1 Corinthians 6:9, we read - Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
Galatians 5:19 - Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
1 John 3:9 - No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
The idea of practice is to perform repeatedly or habitually and thus describes repetition or continuous action. This describes the practice as habitual, as one's lifestyle or bent of life without goal or effort to stop.. No repentance, just bring it on! Those who make a practice of sinning demonstrate that they have not been born of God. Yet believers are not sinless, without fault or defect, flawless 100% of the time (1 John 1:8-2:1). Proverbs 24:16 - For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity.A little leavens the whole. How much sinning constitutes practicing; continuous action?
I'm glad you brought up Hebrews 10:14. If the word 'sanctified' in Hebrews 10:29 is used to describe saved people who lost their salvation as you teach, then we have a contradiction because the writer of Hebrews in verse 10 said "sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all" (Hebrews 10:10) and in verse 14, we read, "perfected for all time those who are sanctified." (Hebrews 10:14)In context to the passage it does.
For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
(Heb 10:14 KJV)
Not true. One can draw back to perdition instead of believing to the saving of the soul after one receives the knowledge of the truth, but instead of accepting the truth, rejects it. Such a person has been exposed to the truth but chooses to draw back to perdition instead of believing to the saving of the soul. The writer of Hebrews did not say they believed to the saving of the soul, then afterwards drew back to perdition, but instead draws a CONTRAST between those who draw back to perdition and those who believe to the saving of the soul."Not of those who draw back to perdition (destruction)" One can not draw back to destruction unless one was delivered from it.
