Look......the word of God divides and we are to stand prepared for battle.......this is not a game of Chutes and Ladders.....there is a war taking place between right and wrong, good and evil, true and false and the biggest errors of many is to assume that the title Christian = Christian....the bible is replete with defensive and offensive stances on the word of God that utilized anger, sarcasm, rebuke, heat, fire as well as "soft love"......make no mistake there are quite a few on here that peddle dogmas, gospels and heretical anti-biblical fallacies.....WITH ETERNAL CONSEQUENCE......I have always been able to engage in a good manner UNLESS my words are twisted, embellished, and or yanked out of context.....and too be frank.....I cannot stand any dogma that devalues the ministry, work, promises and or power of Christ, nor that which makes Christ into a liar and or anything that lifts man up while bringing Christ down.......I know I am very controversial, blunt, sometimes mouthy when dealing with certain individuals.......at the end of the day I guess the Marine in me comes out in defense of the Lord and his truth......
Wow, quite frankly perhaps of your military background and tendencies brings more honor, thus glory, to our Lord. How can one not appreciate the validity of fighting for truth, standing for Him, kneeling at the cross in all that we say and do?

I thank you for your service and salute your Life's salute to stand, without hesitation, to fight for the One who gave His life for us. Way to be soldier, appreciate you Brother. God Bless.

U know, I didn't think of that, folks here being atheist, very good point. Hmmmmm, u know apologists, those who dwell in pondered thoughts, they are very useful learning tools. I love listening to Ravi Zacharias, for example. Usually good stuff is derived in those kinds of debates. Sometimes, though, their approach or delivery teaches too, instructing us how not to be.
Ive seen a few of his videos Great guy! I would suggest David Wood as well! He has an AMAZING testimony! Also fellow One Punch Man fan :)

Christians today are too soft...a little debate happens and they rush in, tell us all how to do it, throw in a few rebukes, some name calling, tell us how to be a "real" Christian...LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reminds me of that video by Dr. Stephen J. Lawson...

I think I'll dig it up and put it on here. Last time I put it on here the fragile soft ones came crawling out of their holes decrying the message he spoke...and for exposing false teachers...LOL!!!!!!!!!!

Some will turn in other believers as unloving, not for "peace" and "equality" and for being "divisive"...if it all comes to a head here in the US.

Equality is the false and hypocritical gospel of Satan, and many many professing believers have bought in.

Oh, it will come to head.....rank and file we are marching towards the end of the age and Christianity is going to be silenced eventually....

The great tribulation.......

The Sun represents the light of the SON of GOD shining down upon this lost fallen earth

The Moon represents the church REFLECTING the LIGHT of the SON of GOD down on this planet and goes through it's stages as ALL churches do

The stars represent the children of Abraham (believers) with each it's own name, glory and brightness

THEY WILL ALL GO DARK as the power of EVIL under the BEAST and his SYSTEM sweeps the planet......!!!

Always loved that intro . . . even now . . . some 50 years later.

Did you know that series is finally out on DVD and you can probably borrow it from your local library . . . or interlibrary loan.
You can see society going downhill on TV too

Compare the batman of the 60s to the batman of TODAY.

Compare TV in general of the 60s to television TODAY.

Sin has increased MASSIVELY. Even the so called family shows are vile nowadays.

Thats the bad news, the GOOD NEWS is that Jesus is returning SOOON. VERY SOON:

Yep, we went from Father Knows Best and My Three Sons, to the Addams Family and now we are inundated by politically correct septic tank bile from the Modern Family. Television today is so corrupt that if each program doesn't show sodomy in a positive light the networks won't renew. We have so-called 'reality' programs where common decency is abandoned. I understand they even have a show called 'Naked and Afraid' where no clothes are worn at all.

And we are not even in the Tribulation period yet!

I understand how you feel, especially when the dialogue's motion digresses to the point of getting no where. I think for us to truly say all word is inspired, used for understanding, reproof and correction, and that we are to study to show ourselves approved, we must seek to find harmony amongst all the scriptures. I suppose we humans, lack the countenance and the ability, to find harmoniously accurate conclusions. The key is remaining humble and teachable, trusting in His ability to get us there, and ALWAYS remember not to LEAN on our OWN understanding.
I believe based upon our own personal experience and purpose in life (we are all part of the body but not all hands or eyes or mouths. We are different for a reason)

I believe those difference in who God made each of us, gives us a different view on scripture. Mainly because we each have a different message from God about what to do with our lives and God through scripture and the Holy Spirit guides exh of us to fulfill those purposes.

We don't have to agree on everything but we should agree on the basics:

We are all sinners in need of a savior (we can't save ourselves) Jesus is our Savior. He died for our sins on the Cross, was buried and rose again on the third day. He ascended into heaven and is currently seated upon His throne up there. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. He sent the Holy Spirit to seal us, make us born again adopted children of God and His ambassadors upon this Earth the Holy Spirit along with the Bible and annointed people God places in our lives teach and guide us until His return. We have a purpose for our lives and spiritual gifts to fulfill that purpose.
