This is the WHOLE passage so youre not taking things out of context

Isaac and Abimelek

"26 Now there was a famine in the land—besides the previous famine in Abraham’s time—and Isaac went to Abimelek king of the Philistines in Gerar. 2 The Lord appeared to Isaac and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land where I tell you to live. 3 Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you. For to you and your descendants I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham. 4 I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and will give them all these lands, and through your offspring[a] all nations on earth will be blessed, 5 because Abraham obeyed me and did everything I required of him, keeping my commands, my decrees and my instructions.” 6 So Isaac stayed in Gerar."

Yes I agree.

Abraham obeyed God;

Obeyed His voice.
Obeyed His Commandments
Obeyed His laws
Obeyed His statutes

because Abraham obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.” Genesis 26:5

Abraham was a good example for us to follow.

We cant be held accountable for a paricular thing that might be a sin if we dont know amy better..once we KNOW its a sin..God holds us accountable..m
:)Remember that the Issue now Is faith, JESUS paid for sin with HIS blood on a cross...

For GOD SO loved the world that HE gave HIS only begotten SON THAT whosoever will believe In HIM should not die but have EVERLASTING LIFE.

Telling Jesus that you were wrong for a certain sin..asking Him to forgive you...
:)What In your words would It take for a person to even get to the point of wanting to repent since men loved darkness?

IMO,every one knows deep down that there Is a GOD so they can choose to believe In GOD and GOD loves righteousness and has made grace available to those that believe In HIS WORD that was sent to earth manifested In the flesh.

I don't think you understood what I was trying to say,I'm not saying that we are GOD I'm saying that our spirits were made perfect and nothing else needs to be added to the spirit made perfect.
Yes..our spirit is BEING made perfecr through Christ..always in transition :)

Judas was under law, as well as the others.
Judas was able to do signs and wonders by the Power of the Holy Spirit. he ought to be born again like the others to be able to do that...

Remember we are born again by the word and faith in Jesus only.

If you hear the word of God (Jesus) and believed in him, the bible says you are born again. Jesus says the person have past from death to life.
On this ground Judas as well as others were born again.

They followed Jesus, they were Disciples under the law. Not until the cross was it possible to be born again. Then it takes Penecost and the out-pouring of the HolySpirit to understand it.
We don't even get the "in Christ" message untill Paul's conversion and revelation.

When Judus was CALLED by Jesus to "follow him" that is like the calling we experience today..Judus was covered under the same salvation that the woman at the well had..the leper that was healed..the thief on the cross etc..and that was ALL PRIOR to Jesus death and resurection...but up until His death..only JEWS were His chosen people..after death..salvation was made possible to Gentiles as well..

Which gospel? there was no death, burial, or resurrection.
The Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand.

Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:14-15

The same Gospel Paul preached.

Amen.

And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus; Simon the Cananite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.

These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

"Born again" means the same salvatuon BEFORE Jesus death than after..difference was..Jesus litterally walked and talked..after..Jesus was in heaven..more faith in believing was involved..before death there were OT laws..AFTER death..Jesus fufilled the laws and WAS the "laws" the "gospel' WAS the present..after death..the "literal gospel" (Jesus) was past tense/history..
