Enjoying your new thread immensely and the Christian fellowship. We are family there. We are family here too but the numbers seem to be dwindling and members not posting anymore for one reason or another. I'm not going to speculate why this is.I am as well as an ornery old man can be. Chapel and Coridan are due for dentals this week. Ramona will return with them to the Happy Forest.. It makes me sad, I was so hoping she could be socialized and adopted but she's not ready and she's not happy being at TK. She'll be happier in the forest with her colony.
The snugglers and volunteers go there every day, to feed and play with the cats so if Ramona ever wants to come back and get socialized, she'll let them know..

I ordered this stair stepper. One of my PT exercises is stair stepping but there are no stairs in my apt.. It adjusts up to 6 inches, which is about the height of the stairs outside on the front porch. 
I lost ALOT of strength in my left leg when I had sciatica in it back in 2014. This stair stepper will be invaluable to help me regain some of that strength.. Especially since winter is almost here.
