.I ordered this stair stepper. One of my PT exercises is stair stepping but there are no stairs in my apt.. It adjusts up to 6 inches, which is about the height of the stairs outside on the front porch.
I lost ALOT of strength in my left leg when I had sciatica in it back in 2014. This stair stepper will be invaluable to help me regain some of that strength.. Especially since winter is almost here.

Good for you, Blue. Make yourself strong. God has given you a special set of challenges. You honor God when you overcome them through His work in your life.
In John 9 we see that God gave a man born blind a special set of challenges so he could honor God by letting Jesus work in his life.

Any temp under 70 degrees is chilly for me. I am sitting in the kitchen on my lap top with an indoor temp at 78 degrees and I am wearing a sweatshirt. I lived in the state of Maine for 8 years and the winters there are brutal. Sub zero temps are normal, add a 20 MPH wind blowing snow and you are talking real cold. I am still thawing out from that experience.
Hey guyz.. speaking of hot.... last week thursday of friday was the hottest i have ever felt.... The worst part of it was that i played football 3 times in a row that day... I had to sleep on a mat outside the car, using the shadow of the bus parked behind us as a shade and coered my face with a face cap putting the hole on top of my mouth so i could breathe.... I drank as many cold things as possible and washed my face with a cold sachet water.. I would never forget that day... I can't wait for harmattan.... apart from the dust
Yeah, the place is now usually deserted. A lot of peeps are giving Deade's new thread a lot of attention. Things haven't been the same here since slave and HUFL left the scene. Glad to see that you are still around though.

I'm nt discouraged... and she definitely loves me... Because she ain't here no more doesn't mean i lost contact with her.... My sigh was because no one thought this place important for a revival.... That's why my call out post started with monnkai... We find a way to talk bout games and creepy metal bands and e.t.c....
