Anyone have a good glaze for fish..especially salmon? Im not a fish person but trying to eat healthier..and im not a experienced..cook..i cook out of basuc necessity other than passion
Usually the glaze will compromise the health factor. I bake my salmon I the oven with lemon, dill, salt and pepper. Easy, delicious and healthy.
Lemon is traditional..looking for something different n when i bake my fish it tends to dry out![]()
Low heat, don’t overlook, won’t dry out. My salmon is always juicy and flaky.Lemon is traditional..looking for something different n when i bake my fish it tends to dry out![]()

275-300 should be good. A side of salmon should take about 25 minsWhat heat 250?
We had salmon last night, with a squeeze lime instead of lemon with homemade tartar sauce.Lemon is traditional..looking for something different n when i bake my fish it tends to dry out![]()
That seems like a 'low' heat. To be safe, perhaps 240 or 235. Are we talking Celsius or Fahrenheit? Any temp lower and you will be eating sushi. Actually, it's not so bad if you think about it. Good tartar sauce though. Seriously, I'm trending towards limes. What heat 250?
