Hmmm, lets see if I can get this thread right 😏. Been a long night.

I took a test a couple of years back. Can't remember results. A friend told me I was type A. Kinda sounds like the post above. I prefer nice and tighty. I don't like chaos. Though as a medical professional can thrive in chaos. More stressed but on point.

I'm not good at chit chat but can have meaningful conversations. I prefer small close groups to large crowds. I would rather talk in person or on the phone to text messages.

As far as the laid back personality. Kinda depends. If they where clutter bugs and never taking anything seriously then no. It would cause to much stress. I think personalities can very just as much as likes and dislikes. Mix and matched. Full of variables. 😀.

I’m rather talkative. I’m good at small talk, but when folks are talking about serious stuff, I tend to be more of a listener. I think that’s because I don’t want to make anybody feel bad. Sometimes I wanna offer my two cents, but I hold back because I know somebody will start arguing or get offended.

I prefer communicating with the other ladies, because we can talk about kids, kinfolks, receipts, outfits, makeup and stuff. I like talking about guns and hunting too, but it’s no fun whenever some men start making snide remarks if some of us ladies are trying to say something about that subject.

Oh, I was supposed to be talking about personalities, wasn’t I? ☺️

I wonder because I not type of person to go to a party, although if I am in public I am open to talking to people. On another note ( I need a new transition here.) I am merely shy (introverted) around my "crushes" or the ladies I like to say. It is harder for me to talk to them I still do. Although, it seems like it is small talk which I not a huge fan. I rather talk about the universe, talk about goals, weather if aliens exist or not and so forth...
A lot of men are shy around women theyre attracted to and visa versa ;)

Hahaha... Yeah, I remember doing this in my youth. You are afraid you'll say the wrong thing, so you say nothing. The next thing you know your window of opportunity closes.

Yes indeed, it starts early. When I was eleven I liked a girl in Arkansas where I was spending the summer. I wanted to talk and get to know her but I didn't know how. We were at the swimming hole, so I gathered up some mud from the bottom and dumped it on her sister's back she was talking with. All I managed is to stir up is disgust and she never talked to me.

this is the truth, I have happen to me many times before it stinks. I am a very shy person unless I am work. Work is a bit of a different story, customers I am usually really super nice to. Coworkers on the other hand, it depends on they are. i have one who wants help all the time, yet doesn't help anyone at all... This co-worker will say it isn't their job to do something. I did something foolish yesterday, but gave them a bit of their own medicines. Basically they throw the boxes on the boxes I was working on.... Anyhow I basically throw them on the floor. Told them it wasn't my job like they say... I know it wasn't a christian thing to do...

I see my self as a introvert that sometimes becomes a "social chameleon". If people around me are quiet and minding their own business, I do so also. If the people around me are more upbeat and social, I will also become like that. If the people around me have a sense of humor and are laughing, I join in no problem.

I can be very quiet (except for my constant whistling), or when I am around a group of friends or people I know fairly well, I start making funny noises and car sounds (um yeah I'm 19; sounds a lot more embarrassing when I type it out). I actually find that I enjoy just acting how I want in front of people, but I have to know them.

I am a over-analyzer, so when I am left to myself, I start thinking about situations that may arise in the future and try to formulate the best decision possible, taking into account every single detail (which is mentally taxing after a while) which may be why I am less of an introvert now compared to my earlier years. Really need to practice putting that "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow" verse into practice.

You sound like a 'social blener" to me..easily adaptable..i analize too but gotta remind myself to get out of my own head..ovrt analysing things (and yes i spelled that word wrong now 2 times) isnt necissarily the REALITY of something..it can snowball and become a whole new monster of its own..lol..i KNOW..lol
