I can't give no words of comfort, cause there will be no comfort.
I was listening to a lecture this morning. Interesting points were made, that from experience, seem true.
Although men generally pursue women, it's really women who select their mate. They are the ones in the position to make all the reproductive choices. Because of this, they can be very picky, as they should be. Women select mates that will be able to provide them with the most resources, and healthiest offspring. Women will absolutely choose the male that has the highest education, most accumulated wealth, and best perceived looks. Wealth is resources for bringing up offspring, and good looks are an indication of good health.
The lecturer started that this is evident in the fact that there is no shortage of males who have no mates or offspring, there is a very high amount of makes who will never have a single sexual experience with a female, and most females will have at least one child, and multiple sexual partners.
I don't think a male, living with his parents, into adulthood, is going to have a fighting chance.
