Jesus died for the whole world, atheists, agnostics, theologists, everyone has a chance to have a relationship with the Savior as long as they are walking and breathing

The 12 Tribes part in helping fulfill the bruise to the heel means they are all gathered dispute the unbelief of some after the cross. Hebrews:12 is the chastisement and forgiveness of all the rest so not one child of Adam and Eve is forgotten.

The shorter and cleared message is in these few verses.

Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings,
and not one of them is forgotten before God?
Lu:12:7:
But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Fear not therefore:
