Our sins are covered by private prayer. Christians are forbidden to eat any meat that was killed as part of a religious ritual. That would include the traditional Passover meal as well. I'm pretty sure God has seen all blood sacrifice since the cross as being equal to this verse.
Isa:66:3:
He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man;
he that sacrificeth a lamb,
as if he cut off a dog's neck;
he that offereth an oblation,
as if he offered swine's blood;
he that burneth incense,
as if he blessed an idol.
Yea,
they have chosen their own ways,
and their soul delighteth in their abominations.
Technically the last supper was the evening before Passover started and it was only unleavened bread made from fresh barley flour and red wine. That is the tradition we are told to remember. I don't think Passover is even on the proper day this year as there should be a new moon between the equinox and the first full moon. That makes it a summer holyday rather than a winter one.
1Co:8:4:
As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols,
we know that an idol is nothing in the world,
and that there is none other God but one.
