WORKS MEAN NOTHING, many people act like christians, doesnot make them one. I am sure th people who left the churhc in johns day appeared to have changed lives also.

Works come out of love, and I truly doubt that rewards are even in our minds.

My understanding of rewards, is like in the original Olympic style of games. One athlete receives the Victories Crown.

But it is not supposed to be NOT Perishable, so it may be like this one:

But either way, IT BELONGS TO OUR KING.

In fact in the original Olympic style of games the WINNING Athlete, when he had received his reward, would walk over to where the KINGS were seated, bow, take off his Crown, and then say, "I WON THIS FOR YOU MY KING!", and then cast it at his KING'S feet.

There is a shock to the system when corruption bites into people so thoroughly,
that sin is just accepted as part of lifes experience.

The accusation is repentance is fake.

Now in truth, if one sets a behaviour target or understanding too difficult to find,
the response is to redefine the goal or remove it all together.

Another perspective is we need to change, literally be transformed.
Our emotions and perspective only define where we are today, not where we are going
to be tomorrow. So a drug addict is addicted today, but if they believe this defines the
rest of their lives, they will never be free and will always be doomed to die.

Jesus offers a path to life, a way to the Father, not an instant zap, but a walk of
transformation. And at the end is the crown of grace, the eternal salvation of our souls.

It is hard for those who have lost hope of transformation to see the walk or even
attempt to walk it. You will hear each day their attacks, there statements without scripture,
their protests and accusations of sinful behaviour which prove in their eyes the quest is folly.

To those who walk the path and know the words of Jesus, they are not friends but mere
mockers and sinners, who have given up hope, but believe the ticked of belief they have
will get them a pass, even though they stay as self confessed evil doers.

Jesus says this

He said to them, "Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.
Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, 'Sir, open the door for us.'"But he will answer, 'I don't know you or where you come from.'
"Then you will say, 'We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.'
"But he will reply, 'I don't know you or where you come from. Away from me, all you evildoers!'

a. Twist the word
b. Reject the word
c. Embellish what we say

Those who would disagree with walking cleansed and pure, to any degree, at any time,
to knowing love brings love from the heart to others, as shown in good works, scripture
is plain, if you have found this place the words of encouragement are there to help you
grow further.

Those who have not yet seen the light or found this place, it is repentance and the
words of Hope in Christ along with trembling at the judgement that will come in time.

Ones heart speaks of where you are, rather than what is actually true for everyone.

Does loving God and praising Jesus lift your heart, you are founded in Christ, walk deeper.
If not, I counsel seek the Lord in repentance and faith and He will find you.

Justification is granted solely on the basis of faith in God's forgiveness. No work necessary to receive that.

We know who has that free gift of justification by how they behave. The children of God and the children of the devil are OBVIOUS this way, John said.

The present onslaught of the forbidden doctrine is bringing hoards of unconverted people into the church and deceiving them into thinking they are born again despite the fact they have unchanged lives and continue in their immoral, ungodly lives.

Eternal life means literally. Live forever. Non of these passages stay eternal life does not mean eternal life.
