Name the people on this thread who defend their right to commit sin.
People who have said “I can sin if I want and be forgiven”
People who fall foul of what Paul addressed in Romans 6.
I pray that all who are being "worn down" will surrender themselves to God, instead of defending their "right" to commit sin.
I wish that was true,
There is a season for everything.
Let those who don't commit sin throw the first stone.Firstly I commend you in that you say “If I can do it, anybody can do it”
We can do all things in Christ.
"But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul." (Heb 10:39)You cause others to stumble in their faith and doubt they beleive because they are honest and because they acknowledge sin in their lives you call them servants of sin and therefore not saved.
No I didn't say anything about being already saved. You have said when you were saved from that point you have not committed one single sin.
We have no web site.I asked you if everyone in the chruch you went felt the same and you said yes.
I further asked you if you would tell us what church you went to and if it had a website would you post a link. I still can’t see and answer to that. If I have missed it please repost it.
IT WAS JESUS.There is only one person who walked this earth and was sinless and I am sorry to burst your bubble BUT it is not you or the fellow members who claim the same in the church you go to.
Nah, this time I will use your own words...Yes you will come back at me and others who refute your position with scripture to back up your position with scripture and then boast about how great you are and condemn others as servants of sin and children of the devil.
Hmmm, so it will be OK to come back after I quit committing sin?Anyway I await your barrage back at me and condemning me.
But just so you know I will do everything I can to come against your condemnation that you heap on others and will love and protect them just like Jesus did and still does.
You will see that speck of dust in your neighbours eye a lot better if you take the telephone pole out of your own eye first.
I testify that men on earth now can be in His kingdom now, and can glorify God with their "works" in Christ Jesus...without ever submitting to the flesh again.PJW
What do you hope to accomplish with your post? What is their purpose?
Personally, I like verse 11 too.
"Be perfect...", just like Jesus said in Matt 5:48.
I testify that men on earth now can be in His kingdom now, and can glorify God with their "works" in Christ Jesus...without ever submitting to the flesh again.
Thanks for asking.
His post was abusive and rude.
Let those who don't commit sin throw the first stone.
Your perception matters little.
If you saw the truth in them the offense is yours.
"But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul." (Heb 10:39)
There is a vast difference between those who believe to the saving of the soul, and those who draw back into perdition.
No I didn't say anything about being already saved.
That won't be official till after the final judgement.
I have committed no sin since my conversion and reception of the gift of the Holy Ghost.
We have no web site.
IT WAS JESUS.
If you are inclined to live in the OT, so be it.
I prefer an age where a man can "turn from sin" permanently, and have his past sins washed away by the blood of Christ the Lamb of God.
I prefer an age where we can crucify the old man and be "raised with Christ to walk in newness of life"; reborn of Godly seed that cannot bring forth evil fruit.
Nah, this time I will use your own words...
"My contention is and I have said it before to you is that you come across and judgemental towards those who acknowledge that they DON'T sin, and ignore that they don’t want to sin and if they do they come before God and ask for help.
You do not offer a life-ring but a millstone."
I only had to change one word to change your perception of me to your perception of you.
Can you not see there is no love in what you say?
Hmmm, so it will be OK to come back after I quit committing sin?
Any condemnation you sense is your own realization of how pointless it is to say you serve God, if you don't serve God.
There is no right to commit sin.. it would be a disgrace for anyone to want to sin.
Encourage us all to believe Love and obey.. to want to be perfect and holy.. to not sin.. all because the Lord teaches us these things and to whom we yield..
Romans 6
Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
If you are born again, you will live forever. Please expand?
I thought we will put on the immortal at the last Trump?

People who offend God, have no faith.
He had apostle Paul write this..."There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Cor 10:13)
He had the apostle James write this..."Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)
He had the apostle Peter write this..."Werefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall neverfall:" (2 Peter 1:10)
Why have they no "faith" that these verse are true?
W
herefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall neverfall:
Is that condemnation from you?Condemn others who acknowledge that they do sin so he can make himself look his because he says he doesn’t
It is a shame that you think for a second that God "left holes" in our ability to serve Him.
I assure you, He did not.
Yeah....your overall view is full of holes, error and man made dogma.......and denies many truths applied unto believers and unbelievers alike.....You imply salvation without fellowship.
But then again, you imply salvation with sin.
I disagree with both...man made notions.

It seems you sought a cure for the medicine and I sought a cure for the disease.
Everyone who trusts in Christ will have no iniquity to be found in.
Jesus conquered sin in the flesh, and the believers are in Him taking part in that victory.
There is no sin in Christ.
Is love the motive for any sin?
No sin is committed in love, especially love for God.
