I agree...although I believe it was Eve that said to satan that "you should not eat of it nor touch it, or you will die."
Eve added unto what the word of the Lord was and that can never be a good thing. It is us using our own thoughts and imaginations.
I have asked you before but I don't see where you have answered but I may have missed it too because I don't see all the posts - you started in May 2017 on CC - were you on CC before as another name? If so what was it?
Many people do create new names after they have been gone for awhile so it's not a bad thing.
I can understand that. That might be more common then we think.
I asked in brown about this to Meggido so maybe when he sees this he can answer it. I get the feeling that he might have been here on CC before but only he knows that for sure. People can have many reasons to stopping and then starting a new account.
It's not a bad thing the way some can try to make it out to be....

You got to admire the subtlety of this deception.
The law is there to distinguish those who follow God from those who rebel and do not
care. If the law condemns you, you are not fulfilling it through the love of Christ.
Now there is hope for you, if you repent and humble yourself in openness and honesty
before the King and lay your heart open for Him to forgive heal and make you new.
The great thing about children is they know what they are feeling and are open and
honest about it. The problem with adults is we hide and protect things so they never
get sorted out.
It is why the law is a blessing because it puts us in our place and challenges us to change.
And this change is both an acceptance of Christ and a choice to carry ones cross daily and
not worry about the consequences. Love conquers all.

One simple piece of advice, they do not know what we believe because they have not entered
in to His love and peace. They cling on to their pride and sin, believing it cannot be sorted or
resolved and chastise those who say they are truly free and healed, rebuilt and made whole,
because to them this is a lie, because it is impossible.
When you hear of testimonies here of people healed and made whole, growing in love and
power and authority, it should ground you into the spiritual reality of the cross and it is a
living thing, not a sterile legal agreement which we do not experience but factually rejoice
it has happened.
The one point I have learned most believers have tasted part of the whole, but seem to
often have stopped and not gone further or deeper and so only aware of something more,
but not sure where or how. And most hold their emotional selves out of harms way, not
allowing anyone in, because that is too dangerous and faith is about position not transformation.

Last July 17, 2017, I signed up to CC with the same screen name, TruthTalk, and checked in at the front gate with newcomers and made my plea that I was once here before under the same name but had to leave but know I wish to join up again with all of you wonderful folks here on CC.
I was not a well known poster here and mostly just got my feet wet reading with an occasional post. Some may remember me but likely many do not, I do recall E-grateful was one of my favorite posters at that time, yes its true. I just recently notice that "Resurrection33" has been banned and I was totally shocked because he seemed like such a kind and gentle person and I away's enjoyed his sometimes humorous posts - wish he could return some day some with or without his same screen name.
Why do I say all of this; because I want everyone to know publicly that, I once was; but now I am again; and my previous time here at CC was a good experience not bad. I had never been banned, I could not sign into my old account on my new computer so that I made a new account on a new computer - same old screen name. No excuses, it just is. If anyone thinks I have done wrong please let me know. This is the second public message I have made concerning my new account.

I think it's possible that people hold their emotions that enslave them because if they put them out there in the arena they would be battered.
So I would say that faith is not about position but lack of faith, in people and in what Jesus can do in their lives.
One thing we know is that Jesus does not batter the emotionally damaged but seeks to bring about transformation and bring healing.
