Got my points mixed up but who cares?
the logos cares, that s the whole point, the bogus v logos.
9 And he said to them, "You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God in order to establish your tradition!10 For Moses said, 'Honor your father and your mother'; and, 'Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.'11 But you say, 'If a man tells his father or his mother, "Whatever you would have gained from me is Corban"' (that is, given to God)---12 then you no longer permit him to do anything for his father or mother,13 thus making void the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And many such things you do."

He made a definite statement of fact concerning Paul's letters and his use of the word SAINTS to prove a point....I simply pointed out that when Paul addressed those at Rome he used different verbiage....that being....CALLED to BE SAINTS......

This is what I saw also.

Then David confessed to Nathan, "I have sinned against the LORD." Nathan replied, "Yes, but the LORD has forgiven you, and you won't die for this sin.

Job--->My transgression is sealed up in a bag, and thou sewest up mine iniquity.
Are you saying OT saints from Moses to Jesus were under the new covenant and not the law?

You seem to be hinting at universalism

OMG, Do you hate me that much dude?

You are making a complete and utter fool of yourself, all because you have a vendetta against me. How stupid is that? do you not see what you are doing?

Saying fruit is not PROOF of salvation does not mean there should be no fruit at all.

I have said 1000 times a person who is saved, out of the result of that salvation will prpduce fruit.

You want to keep up this nonsense, I will report you, and suggest everyone else does too.. Your war is not going to gain you any brownie points, and if you think it is going to hurt me, You do not know me at all (well I think that has actually already been proven with most of your posts today)
do you understand the meaning of slander, and when you run out of options, start saying its the other persons fault ,yet you can help slandering there posts. before you report them.

love your enemy. would that mean, love death.

Did you see me say that?

The LAW and the prophets were until JOHN the Baptist according to Jesus.....that does not change the fact that there were examples of mercy found in the O.T. and SALVATION afforded unto believers who had faith in the coming messiah.....

The Law had a purpose.....not to save one man....but rather to point out the guilt of ALL and aim us at the one and only one cure all......JESUS

Exactly why MOSES would have never been allowed to deliver into the land of promise (rest afforded believers in this life) it takes a SAVIOR to deliver (JOSHUA)

The LAW takes by the hand and leads ------------------------------------> to the ANSWER and CURE--->YESHUA

To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, saints by calling, with all who in every place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours:

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, To the church of God which is at Corinth with all the saints who are throughout Achaia:

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To the saints who are at Ephesus and who are faithful in Christ Jesus:

Paul and Timothy, bond-servants of Christ Jesus, To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, including the overseers and deacons:

To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ who are at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father.

How can salvation be given without grace and without the shedding of blood for the forgiveness of sin?

Mercy and grace are not the same thing...

The blood of bull and goats was not adequate....

if you see a brother sin, You call him out on it in a non judgmental way.

If you see a brother sin and let him continue in that sin, You have enabled the sin of your bother.

One of the problems in CC is people are too afraid to call others out when they are in blatant sin.

Other than that I agree with you, As I said earlier, He can not affect me and his lies can not hurt me,, But they do hurt the testimony of God in a christian chatroom.
pick a verse, after your read acts 15.
Matthew 7: Judging Others
1 "Judge not, that you be not judged.2 For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?4 Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when there is the log in your own eye?5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
6 "Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you.

42 And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead.43 To him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name."

do you see, the problem with this post.

So what....I had no ill will...just added to what you said and your definite statement did not include what was written to those at Rome....

I have never seen one who cannot take any critique whatsoever at all like you man.......

To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

It seems there are three basic groups..

a. SAVED completely and eternally by faith alone and said faith will bear at least 1 piece of fruit of fruit or work (which has already been done by the initial faith<--The work of the FATHER is to believe on JESUS)

b. Saved by faith temporarily and is proven by fruit or works, but said salvation can be lost if one walks away from faith or possibly commits some of the "big" sins.....

c. Saved by a blend of faith and works which can be lost if no one works or sins after salvation

d. On rare occasion those who say saved by works which can be lost if no work is done

B thru D are self centered and take the glory away from JESUS.....if ONE MUST DO ANYTHING other than BELIEVE for salvation then it is merited and owed by GOD.......IF one UST keep himself saved it is not of GOD..IMV
when was scripture into propadanda.

10 For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.

21 I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.Galatians 2

Maybe ask God......Job knew of it, David knew of it and both even wrote of it in the present tense.....One knowing his redeemer lived and he would see him with his own eyes and the other using the words MY SALVATION in the present tense....

I have bought numerous new trucks and left the dealership with them before I ever even went to the bank to sign the papers...

They believed into the coming messiah and were saved which was ratified when Jesus said it is finished....<--my view

It is a sin to say "insert name" believes something he does not believe
It is a sin to say "insert any name" teaches things which a person does not teach

do people understand what bearing false witness is?

It means you have stated a lie about another person

if that was all we was doing we would not be having this argument or discussion.
it called slander, if you read back a few posts , i gave the meaning. \0/

but slandering the scripture, is for the big boys to deal with .
instead of listen and reading babies wine , and moan about what condemnation is. and judgements that are above there pay grade.

The topic is not by the work, yes salvation is not by the work, It is by faith

second question, can one lose his salvation?

let Matt 13 answered

20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

this person receiveth the word/WHO ever receive the word Will be save

so he is save

21
Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

but dureth for a while

to me It mean he lose his salvation

his salvation dureth for a while than gone, No more left over.

translated to mean...I do not know how to refute Biblical truth and keep my remarks intact....

There can not be any salvation without grace and the shedding of blood for the forgiveness of sin....the forgiveness of sin was ratified at the mercy seat in heaven, when Jesus placed his own blood there....then he went to paradise and led captivity captive and set them free...

so one more time, how were these OT saints saved without grace and without the shedding of blood for the forgiveness of sin?

the echo of simplicity , never need to ask, what a new covenant is.

the echo of repetition , can only post the same smut, it is used to posting.

keeping people, in slavery is not my quote , take it up with the bible, as it a bible form topic were commenting on.

Galatians 5: Christ Has Set Us Free
1 For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.Galatians 5

and history can prove , who put the law of the land, in place in the usa. (and the uk)etc

if the church, dose not govern, law of the land, then how can it govern all people.

-13 for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law.

who, now, governs death. there would need to be a ressurection , death being conquered, and there would need to be a written or oral account. etc

Not everyone is at that point of maturity though that they never need to ask. Too many hangups, too much wrong thinking...and we all have a pace of our own, don't we?

This scripture came to my mind about an hour ago, but didn't feel it was the right time to post.

~Heb 6:1 Therefore, leaving behind the elementary teachings about the Messiah, let us continue to be carried along to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead actions, faith toward God,

Heb 6:2 instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.

Heb 6:3 And this we will do, if God permits.
