Kinda new here…need some advice

and yes if i could and if the language wouldnt be so hard, I would take a trip to Itali and visit some friends in Asti and so

All the women around here are Italian. (go figure)
I don't know a one that throws Forks and plates or anything else.
Italian couples tend to respect each other and like to have a pleasant life.

I didn't take it as a personal affront.
I know she wasn't saying that neither I nor my husband are abusive or throw dishes at each other.

General statements like that cannot be made.
Each person is different.
Each couple is different.

If I know two Americans that steal, that doesn't mean MOST or MANY Americans steal.
See?

There are 60 million persons living here.
Most means that over 30 million are abusive.
A statement like that is NEVER to be made.

If she had made a statement like that about a black person, we'd be jumping down her throat,
and you know I'm right.

NO GENERAL STATEMENTS ABOUT ANY RACE OF PEOPLE.

yeh I learnt that the hard way a unregistered user turned out to be a mussi not a Christian says on his facebook nothing about being in the uSa and every time i asked his life in Usa he avoided the question and on facebook its says hes from oman and had this thing about do jews follow Jesus .

Well,to be truthful,a woman told me that,but I have heard it from preachers also.

YWAM mission training tells students they can not be trained if they have resentments against parents.

So important to have parental respect.

What you do is,you tell them you need to talk.

They won't let on,but they will automatically assume something really,really bad.

So you sit with them and play out the drama. Just sit with head lowered and they will say "what is it,what is wrong?"

Only answer " it is kinda bad"...."are you guys in a good mood"

Let them suffer a little them blurt it out " I've been talking to a guy online for several months"

They will say " oh,thank God,we thought you were pregnant"

haha, that's kinda funny! I think I should do that....but you do realize that might not be their response. I feel like I should wait for a yeaer or two then I’ll tell them. Right now, I have a feeling they’ll freak out because of my age.

btw, i forgot how to post a thread...how do you do it again?

Go to whatever forum you want to post it in; there is a blue "Post new thread" button on the left. Click that and that will bring up your new thread to be titled and typed in :)

Wife:. Oh darling, I was shopping today and saw the most beautiful mink coat!

Husband: it's out of the question!

Wife: But it was really nice and it only cost 4,000$.

Husband:. If you bought it you'll have to take it back..

Wife:. I know. We can't afford it right now...so I got this evening dress instead...and it only cost 1,000$!

In the end,it gets the light shining on the relationship. The relationship needs to be revealed to the parents.
