I have had a number of repetitive stress injuries associated with my job and also all the time I spend on my computer... carpel tunnel syndrome is something one of my co-workers allowed herself to go under a surgeon's knife for Yikes, that is so not my style LOL. I wore magnets and took vitamin B6 and it eventually went away when my habits and work load changed. It was so bad at times that I was not able to ride a bicycle or pick up a glass of water or carry groceries etc (actually the glass of water example was tennis elbow even though at the same time I could lift a fully loaded forty three pound paper magazine). I used to wake up with one arm fully numb/asleep from the shoulder down, and painfully tingling to have the circulation properly restored. Sometimes when I am driving I have to shake my right hand out, still. I avoid participating in anything that I know will injure me or exacerbate the situation. No arm wresting for me haha.
