Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
2 Tim 2:15
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters
col 3:23
We are Gods handiwork. We are purified, redeemed, holy, cleansed people of God walking in
righteousness. We do everything to His glory and desire to serve and meet the needs of others.
Our lives are a living sacrifice of Praise to our Lord and Saviour.
Now I have heard that some think God called us to idleness and to enjoy our lives rather than
work for the service of others. But God has been working to bring His people to His Kingdom
for the beginning of time, so we also must work and fulfil the good works He has given us
to perform.
Now if the idle believers want to shout and mock at the workers, who set about to honour and
serve their King, their loss and our gain. What happened to the servant who was given one talent
and did nothing with it.
So take the bag of gold from him and give it to the one who has ten bags. [SUP] [/SUP]For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. [SUP] [/SUP]And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
matt 25:28-30
All things work for good for those who are called according to His purpose.
So very often ones enemies retorts are the key to their own defeat and failure.
So love your enemy, because they will spot your weakest points, which you can then
turn to your advantage. And unfortunately for them this is always a one way street,
because the Lord is our King and love is His way, Praise the Lord.
