I was not referring to the idea of a 'dome' above the Flat Earth, which is presumed to be solid and having water above it. I was referring to the idea of a thin ice 'shell' high up in "outer space" encompassing a sphere Earth - presumed to have collapsed at the time of the flood - with 100% of it crashing down to Earth - no longer existant at all since that time.
I understand and agree with the Isaiah 40:22 description as speaking of us living under some kind of 'dome' - as an "atmospheric cover" or "upper sky limit" - over the Flat Earth.

So I'm watching a supposed live stream from ISS on YouTube. Looks like a gopro strapped to an astronauts head. Been watching with a critical eye, anything that I could spot that could possibly cause this to be faked. Couldn't find anything, the astronaut had a reflective thing attached the his arm and you could see the reflection of earth on it. Anyone care to enlighten me on this one?

If you wore that reflective thing attached to his arm on your arm, and went to a movie theater where they projected an image of a cartoon on the screen, you would have that cartoon reflected on the thing attached to your arm.

The entire thing? You would have to ask them and I think they would be offended and lie to you anyway.
It's a pool of water to simulate weightlessness, some ISS looking pool toys for the astronauts to play on and do astronaut things to, a projected CGI image of the earth to reflect off that thing attached to his arm and for other reasons too, and a really big light bulb, or maybe a series of small light bulbs in sync to simulate the sun, or maybe they just use the projected image of the earth as the only light source to keep things simple, idk the entire setup of the studio.

Well you can't expect me to know the entire setup of the studio.
Once I realize it's fake my research ends there and I move on to other productive things to do.
No of course not, but I do expect you to have some hard knowledge if your going to make a claim.
At the moment, your previous explanation was made up in your head.. Or someone elses.
Nevertheless, I'm still open to anyone pointing out any obvious flaws if it be faked. Until then, the live feed is the next best thing to actually being there and seeing it for yourself.

That explanation is from the numerous videos of bubbles popping out of the objects in that giant pool of water.
Ok, I can't point them out to you because we aren't in "outer space" or the studio, so you are going to have to watch "youtube videos".

And in the ISS feed, where are the stars? Too complex to fake something like that so we just are led to believe they can't be seen with cameras or at all.
You really shouldn't believe these 65' space walks are real, we will see how critical those eyes are.

So, after all these many threads on this subject of Flat Earth what is the practical benefits of knowing it *(in Christ)? If there is no practical concern here, there is no purposes in it of God's. However, I see the enemy's gain! Many have thought about this instead of focusing on knowing God better in the real practical sense of knowing His Word and His mission; this topic has us doubt our premises of facts, it has us looking into the Abyss of the "What if's". This is not an issue God would have me recon in my spiritual discernment, outside of which spirit is delivering the message.. What is to recon is how we are missing the mark of His true will here instead of using our time in His purposes and intentions instead..

(James 1:27) says, "Pure and undefiled religion . . . is . . . to visit orphans and widows in their troubles, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world." Notice what he puts first: Pure religion is helping those who are in need, showing your love to them, and then it is keeping oneself pure. Remember, the knowledge God gives us is predominantly and ultimately practical, useful, helpful, outgoing. How is this understanding of a flat earth, which is a lie in my opinion, helping God in any practical measure of His will, how have we grown in our relationship with either the Son or Father thru studying this material? Outside of knowing false doctrines influences and tactics? I have had enough of this ridiculous consideration.No need to study a lie to death when it never had life in the first place! |

They already have... a group place a missile on a pad, sent it up with the cameras aiming straight down..... It stopped after it hit something (probably water) at around 73 miles. It was just floating around up there. before it fell back to earth. What goes up must come down.....Gravity what is wonderous miracle.
A miracle,,,what WHY?....Well just imagine a giant Ball (oblate now), that is covered with miles and miles of water. Gravity is what holds this water to the surface of the earth.....Yes, it holds all that weight against the earth... No, there is no stratification of the waters where the gravity is too weak to keep them together. All waters are completely homogeneous.
Now let go to all Humans, their homes, building, cars, trucks,etc and we find that gravity also keeps us rooted to the earth.
Now, lets go to nature.... Yes, the trees, bushes, fish, animals, etc. are also all rooted to the earth by Gravity.
Don't leave out the flea, the fly, the tick, the feather, the hummingbird...... With the massive forces it takes to keep the above rooted to the earth, it lets a butterfly to fly through the air. It lets a feather float through the air on current of wind.
WHy does not that massive power that is required to keep the waters, oceans, humans, buildings etc. on earth not crush the smallest of animals, bugs, bees, fleas, etc.........It just does not make since. How can a hummingbird even take off if it takes thousand of horsepower to raise an rocket into the sky.
Got a lot of questions none of which have ever been answered......
