Gen 2.18-24 Adam named the animals then woman was created, because the animals were not a suitable helper to Adam.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.” [SUP]19 [/SUP]Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name. [SUP]20 [/SUP]The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him. “This is now bone of my bones,
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called Woman,

Yes, Christ became sin for us and paid the penalty of sin for those who accept by grace through faith the shedding of His righteous blood upon the cross of Calvary. For though sin and death entered the world through Adam, through Christ we are born again (of the Spirit as opposed to the flesh) and attain to life ever after. All else pass into the second death...
