Its clear Paul uses Adam and Eve as the reason why a women should not be in church leadership over a man; because Satan deceived her.
Dan, please read the relevant verses again... they say that Eve was deceived; not that "a woman should not be in leadership... because Satan deceived her". You've conflated the "her" of the passage with Eve, who was not in the Ephesian church at all, so Paul wasn't saying she couldn't teach.

Please answer the question and no derailing the question with comparative analysis, that has no bearing on the scriptures

Now I will ask again:

Please show us ANY version of the Bible that shows the actual word Pastor is used in 1 Tim 3 or Titus 1.
I am not involved in your convo about pastors, I do not buy this English term, anyway.

My question - is there any head in the family? If there is, on what Scripture do you base it? I am afraid that the same Scripture will forbid married women to lead in the church.

There's your first mistake--they named the animals (Gen. 2:19, 20)--then she made the sandwiches.
Gen 2.18-24 Adam named the animals then woman was created, because the animals were not a suitable helper to Adam.

[SUP]18 [/SUP]Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.” [SUP]19 [/SUP]Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name. [SUP]20 [/SUP]The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him. [SUP]21 [/SUP]So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. [SUP]22 [/SUP]The Lord God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. [SUP]23 [/SUP]The man said,

“This is now bone of my bones,
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called Woman,
Because she was taken out of Man.”

[SUP]24 [/SUP]For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. [SUP]25 [/SUP]And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed.

Sorry tro, thought you were.

Why do you think God was calling out to him after they went into hiding?
They were covered in light and then they weren't covered in light (Ge 3:7). We're going to look awesome again soon (1 Cor. 15:51–53).

According to 1Tim 2 v 12 , saying women should not be allowed to lead . why is the scripture saying this? but this days we have great women of God.Can we now say they are working against the scripture ?
No, I think it's okay for women to preach. Paul said we are not under the law, so why would there be a law telling us that women can't preach? As for why did Paul say it, none of us is perfect.

They named the animals--Adam (esh and esha) [Gen. 2:19, 20, Mal 2:15].
Adam simply means human. Also, it is actually Ish and Ishah and Adam was not called Ish until woman[Ishah]was separated out of him.

And Christ became sin for us. Had Adam not eaten the apple, she would have been on her own (Ro 5:17).
Yes, Christ became sin for us and paid the penalty of sin for those who accept by grace through faith the shedding of His righteous blood upon the cross of Calvary. For though sin and death entered the world through Adam, through Christ we are born again (of the Spirit as opposed to the flesh) and attain to life ever after. All else pass into the second death...
