But Tequila really stole her heart, it's broken to this day
I wanted to write this poem here and give it to Lady Blue
But I don't know what else to say 'cept nothing rhymes with orange :D

I do have a fondness for purple things :D And I did study interior decorating in college, that was my major I guess you would call it, though it was photography that eventually really hooked me. I was just a really lost mess in those days; most of my teachers probably thought I would be one of the ones least likely to succeed, and yet I have been more or less steadily employed in my field of endeavor since my first lab job, which I started on the day of my twenty first birthday, and always considered a gift from the Spirit of the Universe, not being a believer in the traditional God at the time... that was almost forty one years ago; I have had three jobs in that time. Ha! I knew you had taste in decorating! I dont know how I knew but I sensed it.lol I love photography too but its just a hobby. A lot of people call themselves photographers but aren't as I found out when I got married and looked at some portfolios. I thought"wow I could do better than that and I just do it for a hobby" Some really bad photographers in my area for some reason.I cant believe they charge people for it!

It is amazing this day in age to find a job that lasts even a couple years let alone 34yrs and one that you enjoy at that! I often wonder about the people that were "most likely to succeed" in school,what actually happened to them. I was painfully shy in school,one teacher told my parents I needed to go on drugs and I wouldn't be able to cope in life! I met that teacher later in life and it was quite funny.We traveled a lot in ministry in local churches and often out of the country.We were in the newspaper in our hometown from time to time and on the radio. I stopped her and said she probably didn't remember me. She said "oh I remember you,Ive seen you in the newspaper." She then said "you were the last person I thought would stand on a stage in front of people!"lol You never can tell what children will grow up to be,especially as you said,when God gets a hold of us. You just never know what He will call you to do. I know I could not have made it without His hand leading me.

Golly, I just made 72 cupcakes for tomorrow. I just need to make the buttercream and homemade whipping cream to top them with. Good thing I love cake decorating, otherwise this would be a huge chore :)
 
I know Oranges grow on trees.......thus we have Orange Trees.........do Orange Kitties grow on Orange Kitty Trees?

Hmm...........

That may shed some light on China's recent multi-million dollar investment in the "reforestation program" they have embarked on. Just saying........

It's after midnight and I just got done making six dozen cupcakes....it's been a very long day and I want to go to bed, but I hurt my foot earlier and being on my feet for about seven hours making the cupcakes this is the first time I can actually elevate and ice my foot

Yeah, I know and I was invited to go to the bar after work because a coworkers last day is tomorrow so we were going to celebrate with her, but after this I may not go. I'm probably going to urgent care.
 
I like the accountability I get from AA. I like knowing I am not the only one who has a batch of struggles or that I wish I could drown them in booze. I don't like the meetings. I don't like the people at the meetings.
