I do have a fondness for purple things 
And I did study interior decorating in college, that was my major I guess you would call it, though it was photography that eventually really hooked me. I was just a really lost mess in those days; most of my teachers probably thought I would be one of the ones least likely to succeed, and yet I have been more or less steadily employed in my field of endeavor since my first lab job, which I started on the day of my twenty first birthday, and always considered a gift from the Spirit of the Universe, not being a believer in the traditional God at the time... that was almost forty one years ago; I have had three jobs in that time. My current place of employment has kept me for the last thirty four and a half years now That in itself is a miracle LOLOLOLOL I still thank God I had a very long list of all the things I did not want to do and one thing on the list of things I wanted to do and I have been doing it almost forever now

It is amazing this day in age to find a job that lasts even a couple years let alone 34yrs and one that you enjoy at that! I often wonder about the people that were "most likely to succeed" in school,what actually happened to them. I was painfully shy in school,one teacher told my parents I needed to go on drugs and I wouldn't be able to cope in life! I met that teacher later in life and it was quite funny.We traveled a lot in ministry in local churches and often out of the country.We were in the newspaper in our hometown from time to time and on the radio. I stopped her and said she probably didn't remember me. She said "oh I remember you,Ive seen you in the newspaper." She then said "you were the last person I thought would stand on a stage in front of people!"lol You never can tell what children will grow up to be,especially as you said,when God gets a hold of us. You just never know what He will call you to do. I know I could not have made it without His hand leading me.
