With all these new members, I decided to revive an old topic. Just to see how many of y'all are also gun enthusiasts.

So here is a thread for general talk about guns, gun accessories, and gun-related hobbies.

Anybody have gun-related New Years resolutions?

Hi. My name is Jon and I am a gun-nut.

For 2017, my first gun resolution is to complete the build of my AR-308 rifle and get it dialed in with the optics correctly. Additionally, I anticipate expending thousands of rounds of ammunition at my local gun range perforating paper targets.

I'm not a gun enthusiast nor have I ever shot a gun. I think anyone that ever knew me and knows how accident prone i am thinks that is smart idea lol

However, I fully support the right to bear arms and anyone that wants to take this right away from us Americans should be prosecuted, okay that seems to be a bit extreme but still.

A fine resolution, Jon!

I feel inadequate with my 5.56 fixation. One day I may go 300 blackout if the rounds get cheaper.

My A1 resolution is conditional- if Congress and the Pres make the can more affordable, I'm putting one at the end of my AR. Possibly building a smaller but cheaper AR for HD purposes.

I'm not loosing my Deborah to an evidence locker!

If banishment were not unconstitutional, I'd fill Canada and Mexico up real fast.

I got my first gun this fall! (The first one that is really mine, bought especially for me). 270 Savage Axis bolt action :) I downed a deer with it, too!

I'm a gun enthusiast. However, I'm not one of the annoying, "guns are everything, must have new gun" enthusiasts

Well good! I'm considering Savage for my bolt action. They seem to be good value, high quality guns.

I have fairly limited experience, but both my Savage and my sister's are very good. I am (so far) completely satisfied with mine.

One thing I do like about guns. Most of the major brands out there won't let you down.

Congratulations! You are now officially a woman. ^.^

Sadly, my gun resolution is to not spend any more money on guns. -_- Why do vehicles have to be so expensive?
