Last night, when I tried to sleep, I was suddenly frightened by my current state. I woke up with a startling realization that I was not happy with myself and who I am. After that, I tried to go back to sleep. But, awoke again with a feeling of dread. I tried to sleep again... But, I awoke feeling frustrated. So, I yelled and screamed to release this feeling in my chest. It finally reduced it a little bit and found a small amount of relief. But, the trouble of sleeping stayed with me. I kept waking up every 30-40 minutes. I think I may need some counseling to clear up some issues in my head. Or even find a psychiatrist that can evaluate my current mental state. Because I don't think how I feel should be considered "normal."
So I was talking to my coworker and I noticed he brought a book with him... it's called The Jedi Path.. I couldn't stop myself from bursting in tearful laughter xD I just couldn't. I kept snorting nerd while he shares the Force way of life.
A turkey crossed the road in front of me as I was leaving Walmart. It was running from a restaurant to the Walmart parking lot... no doubt trying to escape Thanksgiving. It was weird. I've never even seen a turkey in rl before lol.
Should've killed it, took it home and prepared it. All with a smile on your face.
It's not normal but maybe you just need something to lift your spirits or some encouragement. I'm sort of like that almost every night but not to the same degree...and in my case its more of a middle age crisis.. Anyway, do u have friends that you can spend time with in real life? That would help a lot I think. I know in my case it probably would anyway..

I don't like this statement either. 15 years ago my daughter was born with a rare genetic disorder. She's in a wheelchair and very low cognitively. She's had about 18 surgeries and numerous other stays for illness. I guess it depends on how you defind "handle." I'm alive physically but miserable most of the time as she requires 24/7 care. I go back and forth between thinking it's a blessing or some sort of punishment.

We have a lot of wild turkeys around here. My Husband is a mailman and actually has had them follow him while he was delivering mail. I said, they think you're their king.
So sorry you are going through that. I hope you are getting help with the 24/7 care. It is often more than one person can handle. I don't really know what else I can say. I pray that things get easier for the both of you soon.
I saw my classmate from grade school today. She asked way too many times why I am still single as if it is a grave sin. Lol!
I was surprised with myself that I was not bothered by her questions. I just answered "I dont know" too many times also.
