my friend he deactivated his facebook account which is quite a surprise im sure hes happy and glad about deactivating , so thankful ive still got his phone number otherwise I'd have no way of contacting him

A university here in california tested 47 healthy people doing various exercises while using fitbit and at the same time they were hooked up to an electrocardio machine like the ones used in hospitals and they found the fitbit to be off by 20 percent on average when it came to the subject's heartrates/pulse (and the calorie count is based on the heartrate so its off too).

Study shows Fitbit trackers ‘highly inaccurate’
 
I bought a huge pomegranate at the grocery store the other night and had half of it for dessert tonight. Man oh man, was it delicious.

There is only one russian spy who hangs out in the singles forum but he is now MIA. Maybe he is in some deep undercover mission.

Most of the Google recipes I found sounded unappetizing to me. The pictures were no help either. I thought perhaps if someone here had first hand knowledge of what was tasty it would be a great help to me, ya know? :rolleyes:

I agree sister. Personal touch would make a tastier dish. Your guests are priviliged to have someone like you who makes food preparation a personal thing.

I'm fascinated by Japan. With all the circumstances (and natural disasters) they have been through, they're still rocking. I wonder if circumstances were different what would they have achieved by now? *mind floating to Mt. Fuji*
 
I left work at 10:30am rested for a bit (I'm still sick). Now, I'm sitting here trying to get some office work in while at home. I have a giant bowl of grits. Southern food from home makes me feel cozy and better. I love grits.
