This is complete and utter rubbish. There is nothing Christian about Trump and there isnt much Christian charity in evidence from his supporters. For proof go to the news forum. I have a prediction that many will be bitterly regretting
the outcome of this election

No matter what happens, I will not be regretting my vote for Trump because I know Clinton would've brought an even worse fate upon our heads.

How worse is worse? The most probable outcome of a Clinton win would have been a continuation of Obamas policies bad as they were in some respects. With Trump all you know is what he said in his campaign. You have no idea what he will do or not do. His lack of political experience combined with his short temper and divisive hateful campaign is enough to send warning signals round the world. Trumpianity has taken hold and it is an ugly sight.

but you said "so when do folks anoint him as the Risen/Returned Savior?" Was that not a statement of inquiry? Maybe, I'm naive, I thought you were saying Trump is somehow a Messianic figure...
yeah..............

it was a sarcastic remark................and I surely DO NOT see him or any Politician, or living human being as a Messianic figure............

There is ONE GOD, ONE LORD AND SAVIOR, and ONE HOLY SPIRIT

(just saying)

it was sarcasm, that's all

I don't think Trump's campaign was as hateful as Hillary's. She hired thugs to go protest at Trump rallies and to beat up his supporters. They were supposed to be organic but turned out to be organized by George Soros and the Clinton campaign.

I don't think there is anything wrong in protecting one's boarders from illegals crossing over and being a drain on public resources. A country without boarders is not a country.

I also don't think we need to be letting in people with faiths and beliefs that run contrary to our own. Remember, Iron and Clay do not mix.

Not nearly as ugly as what this nation and the rest of the world would have looked like had we bottomed out.

Obama's policies are an organized attempt at immolating our nation's economy and whatever is left of American culture however well intentioned.

Trump could be bad, but at least he isn't reliably bad. He may actually *shocker* be good with a decent enough GOP arguing policy with him.

I'm sorry the rest of the world is disappointed with the result of our most recent election. I'm sorry you all apparently got the one side of the story broadcasted largely by way of our biased media. But I'm ever so happy it had no say in the matter. At least one country here in the West gave a resounding no to stagnation and decay.

He definitely wasn't my first choice, but he's worth the dice roll.

It's really comparable to how the media treated Brexiters. Most of you voted for separation from Europe, and I supported your choice.

But if I were to go by what most of the media said about the affair. I would have thought you a bunch of ugly, immigrant-hating, low-educated, barbarians who had the audacity to run against the arc of history by rejecting the legal and economic coming together of nations.

You know what though? I came to the event with an open mind. I realized the concerns of the average working Brit and came to respect the decision. None of my business, but I respected it.

I would appreciate a bit of the same courtesy if it hasn't already been extended.

Lol, Trump is not a prophet/ anointed of God as some Christians claim...he's just a man.....all this Trump worship is very dangerous as it sets up people for hope that may or may not be false and also elevates a regular sinful man like all of us up to god/deification status....which is not good but is idolatry.....

Trump may be a reprieve from obama but he is not "man of God/prophet" that's just balony...and hype....to say so denigrates the very term prophet/man of God.....

"a reprieve from obama" is a perfect way to put it. Exactly how I feel about it too.

Millions are already as sad as you that the baby murdering Satanist was rejected as our new leader.liberals have such a negative prism.

Everything is viewed through racism, global warming farce, and VICTIMHOOD.

The nation is so sick of this "poor me" baloney. That is why a non establishment pioneer won in such overwhelming fashion.

Did anyone notice what happened in Turkey? A failed coup and thousands no tens of thousands of recriminations inside the government.

Some of these college profs need to reconcile that with how we change leadership in our country.

Ideology over reality.
