We went to a water park today. I was in the smaller kid's zone, for kid's 54 inches and under. My Daughter is 54 inches. I was watching her and watching toddlers run around. Watching toddlers run through any kind of play area is, well you say, ouch, oh no don't do that kid, to yourself about a million times. They have no conception of moving out of the way when one of their small swim diaper counterparts is heading towards them. Then the collision, bam, then the screams. Then you have the eat anything species of Toddler. This toddler will chew anything, metal, water in the air and even other toddlers. These are the type you must be very careful around, they have sharp teeth and loud voices. Then you have the extremely dangerous tired toddler. He's tired, he's crabby, he will fight sleep at all costs. This toddler can make their body not bend, you will see this child being lifted out of the park like someone carrying a ironing board.
It was quite a day.
