Actually, I think it reveals more what dwells in your heart.
well its good to then know what you think does not matter, as you have said to me many times,
may god bless you..
Actually, I think it reveals more what dwells in your heart.
I am a friend of God and He is my Friend. He called Abraham "friend" also. (and look at the stuff Abraham did)
It shouldn't be too hard. Just, ask.
It says the means of transformation is obedience.
Abraham was an upright man who kept GOD's commandments. I don't see anything evil he did, if that is what you were trying to imply.
It shouldn't be too hard. Just, ask.
You would think this would solve alot of problems now wouldn't you? lol
Maybe like grace, its too easy?? (at least thats what I hear about grace, we both know that is not the case)
That's what the bible says. GOD doesn't work in a disobedient heart.
IF people have a problem with something Peter says, why don't they ask for clarification. Or is it just easier to accuse?
Oh, Lord! How much easier it was to just have a "Law" I could get behind and bulldoze, rather than to actually have to find the desire to consider others in Grace (grace, LOL).
Ariel.....yes....with all the abundance of sin in your life may you find the power and love of the Lord to overcome it.......my goodness.....smh
lets see,
- He laughed at God.
- He commited adultry on his wife, a sin the world still has to pay for.
- He tried to hide off his wife as his sister because he lacked faith in God to protect him from a king,
Have you ever stopped to think why God shared the dirt on some many of his children? Ever think that might be to give us all hope?
Abraham was not saved because he obeyed God, He believed God and God reckoned him as righteous..
Abraham obeyed, because he did have saving faith.. Not to get saved.
As you are a stranger, was there no peace here?
I suggest this is a very loaded comment, as if we have offended you.
Peace to you, and may you find the Lords love and power in your life to overcome sin.
wait.... i came in at the end again...
why would anyone pick on Ariel?
she's a darling!
most of the time, the problem we have with what peter says is what he says we believe, which is wrong..
and he has been asked by people countless times to explain when they could not understand.. I have witnessed it.

oh so your perfect. You have become sinless. If not. then he was right, and you can not reach that possibility.
If so. Please say yes, then I will apologize.
If not. Then you just wasted your time trying to prove me wrong..
Yeah, just like you justify your own sin, Here you are justifying abrahams.. and you want to call us licentious, sin lovers? Wow..Abraham was justified by his faith. His obedience deriving from that faith saved him.
- So? No sin.
- Having a concubine was not adultery
- So? He didn't lie.
Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws. Genesis 26:5
because she had the nerve to stand up and try to do something about what is going on.. and instead of being humble servants of God, they took offence, and came out to attack. which is what they always do.wait.... i came in at the end again...
why would anyone pick on Ariel?
