Wrong, and I'm surprised you have any Masters degree because it sounds like you flunked out of science class.... I've never read any lesbian poetry and I am not a lesbian. I get what you're saying, but this just shows that laws are passed unconstitutionally.
However, this doesn't change that fact that the constitution implicitly allows for people to drink alcohol. Prohibition was unconstitutional. Men broke the constitution when they outlawed alcohol. It never should have happened. Lets ignore that is how organized crime started in the US, we aren't allowed to change the constitution... point blank.
Once again, if the constitution explicitly said drinking alcohol is a fundamental right... no amount of people nor the Supreme Court Justices could ever overturn the law.

The conservatives were supposed to have had control when their perversion ruling happened not long ago. Last I checked John Roberts is considered a conservative justice. See how the Constitution is no good? It provides legal protection for evil. The whole document is secularism codified. Notice the disparity between the First Amendment and the First Commandment.
