I wouldn't call myself a humanist, though I share some of their views. I also wouldn't call myself a Socialist, though I share some of Bernie Sanders views....

If you wanted to know, I'm an "old earth creationist" who accepts evolution and many human rights...

Wrong, and I'm surprised you have any Masters degree because it sounds like you flunked out of science class.... I've never read any lesbian poetry and I am not a lesbian. Hypotheses, when tested profusely, may or may not graduate into theories. Sorry, but you are very ignorant on this subject. Were you being mendacious about those Masters degrees?

I get what you're saying, but this just shows that laws are passed unconstitutionally.

However, this doesn't change that fact that the constitution implicitly allows for people to drink alcohol. Prohibition was unconstitutional. Men broke the constitution when they outlawed alcohol. It never should have happened. Lets ignore that is how organized crime started in the US, we aren't allowed to change the constitution... point blank.

Once again, if the constitution explicitly said drinking alcohol is a fundamental right... no amount of people nor the Supreme Court Justices could ever overturn the law.

The conservatives were supposed to have had control when their perversion ruling happened not long ago. Last I checked John Roberts is considered a conservative justice. See how the Constitution is no good? It provides legal protection for evil. The whole document is secularism codified. Notice the disparity between the First Amendment and the First Commandment.

There will be no perfect union for a nation on this earth. Just another reason why the Constitution is not good. Instead of making up excuses it's better to just accept the reality.

Wrong. Evolution continues to be proven true each day as more and more evidence comes in. Also, I happen to be a Christian, so I don't appreciate your words.

Sorry, I'm not trying to appear smug. Though, the only thing dooming this world is willful ignorance and those not willing to change their mind in the face of evidence...

Evolution is a religion for morons ..its the biggest bunch of nonsense ever thought up..it has been completely debunked and everyone who knows and believes real science ..understands that.
