Yes, as long as it is safe for the road conditions and not a danger to other motorists

Depending on the circumstances, one can be ticketed for driving under the speed limit.

No. You could be fined for obstructing traffic.

No. You could be fined for obstructing traffic.
Not to mention the people with road rage would not kindly take to that!

I can measure my serenity level by my attitude while driving. :)

Isn't just driving on the speed limit the ideal thing to do? Not that my opinion counts for much here; this is basically me when I drive:

I try to go right at the limit most of the time, but on the highway, you gotta speed or you could cause an accident.

Should Christians Drive Under the Speed Limit?
Drive at the speed limit...as long as conditions permit!

Also remember, if we profess to be a Christian, we should also drive like one! :p

Well, i am driving according the speed limit allows it. As christian we are an idol to others, special to the youth. It may be that others will not be happy with this. And yes sometimes the rules seems little silly. But the speed limits are for our and others savety.

I have a leadfoot so I have trouble driving anything under about 3 miles/hour over the speed limit which apparently is legal where I live.

I use cruise control on the highway but not during winter or when its raining.

I typically go 5 mph over the speed limit everywhere, which seems about what everyone else does except the fastest drivers...

And the slowest who go 5 mph under the speed limit. I have to purposely try to calm myself when I get behind these people and not look at the speedometer. Don't they have somewhere to be??? Apparently not...

I sometimes wonder if there is a team of people with radios communicating with each other to get in front of me and go extremely slow... You know who you are and I'm onto you...
