People who habitually and intentionally break the Laws of man are in as much need of repenting and asking forgiveness as if they had broken God's Law............but, then, Scripture does say: Obey the Laws of Caesar for the glory of God. Think that pretty much qualifies as being God's Law, but, then, some do not believe we must be obedient to God's Law.........sigh
