Weeeeell, pokemon 101: Snorlax lives to sleep. He's not tired. That's just the way he is. :) Any more questions? Clarifications about pokemons? ;)
LOL Works for me! Sleeping is kind of awesome.

So...did you all hear about Charlie Sheen? I'm not one to follow celebrities especially ones like him, but I still feel bad for him. :(

Also, Abing, my mom wouldn't let me watch Pokemon since she was one of those parents who thought they were evil...little did she know I was reading Harry Potter at school (which is worse in her mind )
Anyways, I don't know anything about them...but I kinda want to...feel like I missed out on something of my generation. :p

I do know that you have to catch them all...or else...something really bad happens...right?

I lost my job, so things seem kind of stupid and pointless right now, because I thought I was on the right track and it really threw me.

And now everyone's pushing me again to go back out and try again. Dad told me next week he's off, so if I need to I can go job-hunting, I can go visit a doctor, and I said I don't care about any of those things. Then he goes on some thing about how I can't blow things off, lest the "darkness will swallow me whole." I'm sorry, but parent or not, does anyone realize how ridiculous they sound when they say that?

Yeah, I'm in a funk right now. When and how I'll be out of it? No clue! But honestly...nobody's helping with their flowery words and their "Oh, shucks, well just go out and try again!" malarkey.

Pro Tip: Go around to everywhere you want a job and ask to speak to the manager. Tell them you really want to work there and wanted to make sure there was a spot available. If there is, tell them you want and interview right now and if it seems like a good fit you can go ahead and fill out the application. Getting a job is easy when you do it that way. If no, its all good at least you didnt waste an hour filling out an application that goes nowhere.

You can skip a stack of applications 50 pages high then go straight to the front of the line and even get jobs without the neccessary qualifications if you click with the manager. Were you going out, asking for applications and just filling out stacks of them? What was your approach so far?

It does look like fun...I have an old flip phone....will they develop a program for that? lol
I have an ipad, so I may just see if I can catch magikarp in the brook in my backyard...they need random fishermen stuck in one place with only magikarp to make it a real pokemon game, right? :p

I've been applying and praying, basically. I'm not a very go-getter kind of person, which I swear that will be the death of me. The thought of doing what you're suggesting actually sort of terrifies me >.<

Maaajor social anxiety right here.

Sometimes I feel like I can't do anything without someone noticing it and I worry that they're secretly judging me/criticizing me...
