It says right there zzz98 that the Muslims have the same Faith as we do. Abraham Worshiped the Son of God and we Worship the Son of God. Therefore the Catholic Church says Muslims are our brothers because they Worship the Son of God!

Its amazing how blind you are to the Truth zzz98. Its amazing how you see nothing wrong with rejecting God to follow the teachings of the Catholic Church.
