I am into being fit and healthy. I am a runner and still compete on an amateur level. I run most days - take my dog with me as motivation - as well as train with my athletic club. My diet consists of almost Paleo as I find that this is a very healthy way to live. It means that I cook from scratch, no processed foods (although I am prone to the occasional biscuit etc). But I have never felt healthier being on this diet. Basically it is protein based which is a good thing for a runner.
I did not start running etc to lose weight. I have always been lean but as I get older, I am finding that certain foods do not agree with me.
