The caption didn't make the trip. Good thing I went back and looked. It was supposed to say
"A police officer on a call reports back to his chief that he is at the scene of the call and a woman had shot and killed her husband. The chief asks "Why did she do that?"
The officer says "He walked on her wet floor just after she finished mopping it."
"Did you arrest her?" and the officer replies "No sir, the floor's still wet".
