Short people tend to get walked over literally.

Going into town on a busy shopping day is no fun if you are short :)

its also hard to find clothes that fit without having to adjust them and
shorten the legs on trousers etc.

I also get neck ache looking up at people ;)

Tall people are good

Tall people are a pain in the neck

I suppose I could become a humbug and have black and white stripes.

Well actually I have the white stripes already, it's called old age!

Maybe you could play the part of a nurse in a movie and raise money for the ward
by dressing up as a horses' behind - sort of combine them all!

When I get my glorified body I want to move at the speed of thought and see all the saints and especially JESUS.

(Apart from taller!)

I wanted to be a vet or a vets assistant, but it never happened.

I even did 3 works voluntary work at a vets when I was 14 on work
experience.

That was great fun I helped with one operation where a dog
swallowed a ball. The vet cut open the dogs stomach and I had to
swab away the gunk, then he started rummaging around inside the dog
and showing me different parts.

Another girl who was there fainted, but I loved it!

The funniest thing was one day someone brought in a snake
which had worms!

Oh and then there was the incident where a budgie needed its beak
trimming. It bit the vet and he lost his grip on it and it started flying
around the consultation room, with us all trying to catch it.

When I was younger still, I wanted to be a horse!
Paleontologist... then an entomologist... then, I think an astronomer... then an astronaut. I wound up working in a restaurant for just under 11 years, from age 18 to 28 (near my 29th birthday). About 9 years into that period, I realized it was either continue that or jump into traffic. I despised it. So, I went back to school, realizing the astronaut thing was not realistic, and took up something related to other interests I had: computer animation. 2 years later, I left the restaurant business.

I wanted to be an Investment Banker, just as I am now. And most in Investment Banking want to retire early, and then party or vacation endlessly. I too want to retire early, if possible, but I want to be an Evangelist winning souls for the Lord after that, storing Treasures in Heaven rather than on Earth.

Well, sounds like you certainly don't need any more treasure on earth. You're settled for this life, barring calamity. Does give one room to pursue anything they wished, including spiritual goals.

I was poor not long ago. I came from a poor family. Later, God showed me He wants prosperity for my life, and for all of His children. One of the reasons I believe and promote the "Gospel of Prosperity" (Not the Gospel of Greed) now. God Bless.

Hmm.. my opinion on this... I think that God gives us what we can handle. Job could handle fantastic levels of wealth, so God let him have it. Paul needed an uncomfortable thorn of some kind.

I don't promote a prosperity gospel, since so many of God's people are not rich in a worldly sense, nor were they in the church's origins. But, I do not think it's more spiritual to not be materially wealthy.. just depends on how you handle that which God has entrusted you.

I myself am saving for retirement. So, I am saving treasure on earth, so to speak, but I do not forget eternity, either.

I wanted to be a pastor's wife but got side-tracked by a good looking, fast talking Catholic hustler/salesman. Good thing I knew God since childhood and have come a long way since then.
