What is the reason catholic pray to Mary?

I believe it is pagan teaching pray to Queen of heaven ISIS pagan goddess .

Catholic change the name to Mary.

Now globalist create another ISIS, radical group.
 
Catholics who reject Wisdom from God to follow Mary are not my brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ! I do hate the Mary the Catholic Church Worships. But I love the Mary in the Bible that was a servant of God.

And I have absolutely no doubt that you believe that with all sincerity, Mike.
As do millions of other Christians.
It just seems strange that they 'discern' important elements of the faith in so many, many different ways.

It seems that the Spirit is not making the message very clear - or, you are far smarter than the average bear.
 
Or could it be Pumicstone the reason you say we discern the elements of Faith in many different ways is because you are walking in Darkness and cannot understand God at all?

But on the other hand, just look at the vast diversity of views expressed right here on Christian Chat (then multiply it by 10 or 100 or 1000 worldwide).

And it is about the important stuff.
OSAS, heaven and hell, the Rapture, belief alone or belief plus works, etc etc etc

A host of conflicting views all posited by sincere, genuine, educated, committed people who believe whole-heartedly that they are Christians.

Either the message is unclear/ambiguous
or
these good people are all intellectually challenged.

Gotta be one or the other.
I'd go with the former.

LOL this makes clear your prejudice. There can only be TWO views about OSAS, yes or no. No one knows the truth about Heaven and Hell. They are outside our range of knowledge. Either the rapture is true or it isn't. (the differences are about when it occurs). So again TWO views. And the same is true about the choice between belief alone and belief plus works.

The basic teaching is clear. But if individuals are thinking we would expect disagreement about details.

All born again Christians have been commanded to judge.

The Lord Jesus shows that it is good to “judge with righteous judgment” (John 7:24). ..we should make judgments based on the yardstick of righteousness as revealed in His Word, which looks beyond mere outward appearances, and are made with the right spirit in heart.

When Jesus said, “Judge not, that you be not judged” (Matthew 7:1), we immediately know what kind of judgment He is referring to there. He cannot mean that we must never make any judgment at all, otherwise we would not be able to fulfill some other scriptural mandates, such as never to allow anyone to deceive us...see Matthew 24:4; Luke 21:8; 2Thessalonians 2:3; Ephesians 5:6; Colossians 2:8. If only God can judge, as many think, then how will we be able to fulfill the apostle John’s command: “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world” (1 John 4:1). Far from being wrong, judgment is actually a vital part of the Christian armour!
 
Mwc68 you are a fool. If you would just allow the Holy Spirit to Indwell you, you would know the Truth in the Scriptures from God and the Truth will set you free from the Catholic Church whom I perceive is deceiving you into rejecting everything good from God!

Discerning if what a person, like you mwc68,is saying is coming from God or Satan or the World mwc68. This is not judging a person mwc68. Only seeing who is influencing you mwc68 is what its all about.

In you I sense most of what you teach is from Demons and the World mwc68, very little is from God. Is this judging you? No. All it does is show me that you really need to listen more carefully to what God says and compare it with what the Catholic Church says.

Every Christian is to discerning(1 Thes 5:21-22). This isn't necessarily a miraculous gift(meaning like raising the dead, casting out demons. Something that goes against nature). It is the ability to understand right from wrong. Godly from the ungodly. Just because someone claims to have some certain spiritual ability doesn't mean we should always believe them, but put it to the test. That is discernment. All one needs to do is look at scripture and properly understand it to be able to discern.
